Thank you so much, my bag came yesterday, was impressed with the way it was packed and it arrived in perfect condition. I love the bag I selected, have got another one at home which I have been using for the passed 4 years and it looks as good as the day I bought it, so many people remark on how lovely it is. Thank you also for the free gift you sent me it will come in handy. I hope all your staff are going okay in this very hard time and I wish them well. Thank you again Caryl Anderson

Good Morning Karen,
We appreciate your feedback and we do apologize for the issues you had. We are currently working on better ways to feed through our customers tracking numbers via our website. While this is in progress, we do put our tracking numbers in the order notes section. However, we have noticed that the tracking numbers can still be easily missed.
Thank you for bringing your issue to our attention, we are working on it :)
Kindest Regards,
Vera May
