Good Morning Rachel,

We apologize for the issue at hand, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Our flat rate shipping cost is advertised on the top banner of our website, and as you checkout. However, we do understand that the font was an issue and the display of the flat rate shipping cost for orders over $80 was hard to come across at times. We have worked to resolve this, and it is now much clearer to see.

Once again, we greatly apologize for this issue, and we thank you for letting us know a soon as you could :)

Kindest Regards,
Vera May

Phoebe black leather handbag

Bought my first ever Vera May handbag and not sure what I was expecting but I had been let down many times previously from different online purchases I had made ( never quite as nice in person after I received it )
When my Vera May purchase arrived and I opened it up, it was surprisingly more beautiful than I was expecting. The size was exactly what I had been looking for, the leather was just so perfect and soft, and so many different compartments inside. To say I was happy is an understatement. The only thing I would want different on it would be a badge or stamping of some kind to state it was a Vera May so I could show it off and everyone could see what brand my beautiful bag is. There was also a lovely little suprise in the package of a lovely little reusable bag that folds up small and easily fits inside your handbag for when you go shopping and forgotten to take your reusable bags with you. Thankyou so much, I highly recommend Vera May and will definitely be making more purchases as soon as I can

Good Morning Amanda,

We appreciate your kind words, and we're glad to hear that you're happy with your purchase!

We do have some styles in which have our Vera May logo on the bag, however they do vary as some customers prefer to not have the logo on their bag.

Thank you for your review :)
