Withheld Funds for no reason! They did not respond to emails with details. Wrote stating we would be receiving our funds within ten days and ten days later, no response. Took them almost a month to deliver

Recently I wrote a review about my experience with the Verto on trustpilot. As a result, the Verto promptly looked into my problem and the partially solved it. It is apparent that they care about their reputation and only a good company care about their reputation. Their customer service was relative better than other companies. There are still room for improvement and I believe as a company Verto is trying to do that. They could not give me complete solution to my problem and as a result, I stopped using its service, but I understand there must have been reason for it. I could not be a client of Verto but I wish them all the success and it is company that you can trust.
