Dont send money on this platform.

Performed several transfers to ivory coast and cameroon recipieints, transfer was incomplete although showing as complete on the platform. Customer service takes up to 1 to 2 weeks to get you a final response on the transaction!

For anyone starting out and looking for…

For anyone starting out and looking for a new business account my advice would be to stay away and stick with other business accounts that are more reputable and have been doing it for a longer time. It's taken well over two months just to go through the onbording process and the delay in responses has been awful. In the end you can get a decision within a few weeks from all major banks that offer business accounts that even offer a better product selection. Communication is poor from the onboarding team and even with the correct documentation they will still decline your application.

I ve had the worst customer service…

I ve had the worst customer service experience with Vertex. I tried to open a business account with them, where i have a 3-year established business. They kept going back and forth with documents which i understood. It took them a long time to take a decision despite submitting all required documents. Today, i have received a letter declining my application for no explained reasons. Extremely unprofessional. What bothers me the most is that my confidential documents are out there with them. I dont recommend them at all.

Service has changed drastically since a year ago

Previously it was a good EMI for my company. Around a year ago it started to change, questioning any small payment made - either to contractor or to/from a company. With stupid questions up to - how did you make acquaintance with this artist. Finally closed my account entirely after 2 years, without explanation. Happy with that - there are better services. Don't recommend it for use.

Do not even hesitate to open an account…

Do not even hesitate to open an account at VertoFX.
I initated to open an account, uploaded numerous documents. Still not verified. Then I gave up and left the application. Then for two week twice per day they called me to open an account, which I ignored. Then they started WhatsApping me. I gave them a chance and continued the application, how ever they make it impossible to open an account. I have uploaded numerous documents and verifications and still they keep asking for more statements, more invoices etc. How can I have statements and invoices when I AM A STARTING COMPANY. I have proven every single detail that I am a legitimate business, but they just don't want you to be their client. I also read a lot about VertoFX holding funds from freelancers, resulting in loss of funds or just funds that simply do not arrive, so actually I am happy to not work with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am writing in response to your query regarding the following transactions:

TO-18022025-81131 (500.00 USD – Andrew Berets)
TO-18022025-81059 (210.00 USD – Gabrielle Andrews)
TO-18022025-81010 (218.75 USD – Gabrielle Andrews)
TO-04022025-58068 (820.00 USD – Silverio Perez Garcia)
I would like to formally clarify that these transactions do not appear in my Verto account records or statements. Please be advised that these transactions were not made from my Verto account linked to my email. There must be an error, as I have no knowledge of them.

This situation is extremely inconveniencing, and to make matters worse, I have now been logged out of my account and can no longer conduct my business transactions. This has caused significant disruption, and I kindly request that my account access be restored immediately.

Additional Concern: Uncredited Payment Request
Since this mix-up, I made a payment request using payment link

Bill Date: March 6

The funds were deducted from my client, but they have not yet been credited to my account up to now.

Actually this is my second review and I can only say VERTO FX is one of a kind. I have been using the Verto platform for my company about 3-4 years now and never had an issue using the system. We are now considering Verto as our full time banking partner while we grow. I would kindly advise anyone to open an account with Verto for you business transactions worldwide. THE BEST!

Verto Holding Funds & Ignoring Communications

We use Verto to facilitate cross-border payments. However, on December 12, Verto blocked our account, making it impossible for us to pay our freelancers.

On February 15, Verto’s compliance team informed me via email that they would return the funds we transferred to our blocked Verto wallet within 10 days. As of today, they have not responded to any of my follow-up emails and have failed to process the payment as promised.

Additionally, I left an honest review about my experience, but Verto requested Trustpilot to delete it, misleading others into believing they have a good reputation.

If Trustpilot removes my review, I will post a detailed YouTube video documenting my full communication with Verto, including the message from Trustpilot acknowledging the removal of an honest review. Transparency is crucial, and I will ensure that others are aware of this situation.

I am writing this review to warn others to think twice before using Verto.
