Helpful, friendly service
Your sales Representative, Mr Gary Chan, was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we knew everything about our purchased and couldn’t do enough for us. He was not pushy in any way and came across as a very likeable person. He was a pleasure to do business with.

I recently traded-in my 2009 BMW 1-Series at BMW Vertu in Bridgwater. I purchased a 2024 BMW 2-Series Active Tourer. I received full and friendly support from the Sales Executive, Calum, at all stages of the transaction. Full discussion of vehicle features and operation, useful test drive, swift order processing, and efficient trade-in. Excellent use of e-documents to speed order administration. State-of-the-art showroom and decent coffee. The 220i 2-Series car (with mild-hybrid technology) is great.

Didn’t intend to buy a BMW . But Matthew Mcloed was such a friendly person and spent lots of time with us explaining everything and helping us make the right decision.The whole experience in BMW was such a pleasure , the staff and showroom was very smart and made you feel comfortable and relaxed . The sales team I dealt with was mostly Craig and Simon. No hard sales pitches just friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

My local Mini dealer
I’ve been using my local Mini dealer, Vertu as it now is, for many years for servicing. I have just bought a new, used Mini from them.
The service provided is always excellent. The staff welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. TBH it’s this that makes me trust them.

All staff where very friendly
All staff where very friendly, attentive and professional. I was picking up a car and the handover experience was faultless. I travelled a long way and found the car to be exactly as described and well prepared complete with half a tank of fuel.

Highly recommended for BMW
The sales staff at very motors where incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. Buying a car from a genuine dealer rather than a showroom gave me 12 months warranty rather than the standard 3 months at no extra cost.

Highly recommend salesman
We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Calum Druce-Morgan (Vertu BMW Bridgwater) and I can honestly say he was an absolute standout. Calum was genuinely lovely from start to finish, the perfect mix of professional and personable.
I’ll admit it, I’m a very difficult customer due to past poor experiences, and I probably drove him up the wall more than once, but Calum was nothing but gracious patient and completely understanding of my needs. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, he explained everything clearly without any of the pushiness you sometimes expect from car sales. On top of that, he’s a bit of a cheeky chappy which made the whole experience far more enjoyable than I expected. He kept things light but always stayed professional where it counted.
If you’re looking for a great salesman who genuinely cares about getting things right for you, Calum is your guy. Highly recommended!

Simon Gaydon was very helpful and attentive.
Simon Gaydon was very helpful and very attentive, first time buying myself a car and was very good at explaining everything. What was easy is that everything is mostly done online so it’s very quick and helps the progress move quickly! Simon was also very quick with emails especially when I had questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend Seeing Simon Gaydon when wanting to even look at a car or to purchase a car. My new car was in immaculate condition, also was very quick in doing the dash cams that were recommended from the company and I can say it is really good and easy to get the recording just from the app. Again really good customer service and highly recommend going to Bridgwater BMW Vertu/MINI and speaking to Simon Gaydon.
