Fabulous experience with my New Mini Cooper
I have just bought my new Mini Cooper Sport with fantastic service and help from Christian. He is very knowledgeable about all the cars and their features and helped me identify the best car for me. He kept me up to date on delivery dates, sent me pictures of the car on site, and gave me a first class handover experience.
Each time I have contacted the staff at Vertu Mini Durham I am extremely impressed at their professional, friendly and helpful service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Shocking experience from Vertu Mini
Shocking experience from Vertu Mini. purchased a used approved vehicle I had to leave an extra £250 deposit due to not having my log book for the trade in due to swapping reg plates the deposit was only returned after me chasing it weeks later. I was mis-sold a used approved vehicle with pre-existing faults which I reported within the first few weeks but I was unable to get it into my local dealer within the first 30 days due to working and wait time of dealer bookings, once the vehicle was with my local dealer I was informed the vehicle had warranty issues. Due to the poor and slow communication and the lack of experience dealing with the issues I was left nearly £2,000 out of pocket for the experience when the vehicle was finally returned to the dealer. I can honestly say it's not the experience you expect from a main dealer and I will never use this dealership or any Vertu dealer again.

Took the long trip from Central Scotland to Vertu Motors in Durham to view my now replacement Mini Cooper and can honestly say that Jack and the rest of the team were superb - Jack in particular was very helpful and took a lot of time to answer any queries I had, would 100% recommend visiting if looking to buy a Mini!

I had a great experience buying my new MINI from Durham MINI, thanks to Tom Sutton.
From the first test drive, Tom was friendly, professional and never made me feel under any pressure. He took the time to explain the features of the car in detail and answered all of my questions about the finance options, which made the whole process much easier to understand.
The entire purchase was smooth from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that Tom kindly delivered the car to my home free of charge, which made collection so much easier and saved me a trip to the dealership. It was a really thoughtful gesture that I wasn’t expecting.
A few days after I received the car, Tom also gave me a call to check how I was getting on with it and whether I had any questions. That level of after-sales service really stood out.
I’m very happy with both my new MINI and the service I received. I would happily recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy a MINI. Thank you again!
