Excellent buying experience at VertuMiniDurham
I visited Vertu Mini Durham to enquire about a new Mini Countryman. I was extremely happy with the friendly and professional service provided by Thomas who knew answers to everything I needed to know. I was offered a no obligation test drive. Once I had decided that I wanted to proceed with a purchase, he was very helpful in identifying and showing me the alternative available models, and explained their differing features. This all made me feel confident that I was picking the perfect car for me.
We also met Shaun who helped to make us feel welcome and comfortable with the services provided by the team at the dealership.
I left the showroom just a few days later with my beautiful new car.
I want to thank them both for a very positive buying experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Mini.

Good afternoon Elaine. Thank you very much for leaving us a review. Customer feedback is extremely important to us and your wonderful comments have been forwarded on to Management at the Dealership to enable them to share your experience with Thomas and the team. We look forward to dealing with you again in the future and happy motoring! Many thanks. Dean
Terrible Experience.
Vertu Mini Durham take your money with glee when purchasing and servicing your vehicle, yet treat you with utter contempt when a relatively inexpensive warranty repair is requested. Avoid like the plague.

Thank you for your feedback, for all warranty claims we have to adhere to the strict warranty guidelines set by MINI UK. In this instance your claim was not validated by MINI UK so we could not honour the claim on their behalf. Assuring you of our best intentions, Owen Brown, Head of Business, Vertu Durham BMW / MINI.
Kind regards,
Owen Brown
