I recently purchased a vehicle from Benjamin Ray at Vertu Mini in York. I travelled 160 miles to view the car after receiving an initial walk round video from Ben. When I got there the car was ready and clean for the initial road test. The road test went smooth and my dog was also allowed to come along for the ride . Ben went through the paper work explaining everything with ease and corresponded with me over the following week. There was a question mark over the recent service but this was sorted and the car was serviced prior to my collection. On my arrival the following week the car was in pride of place outside the door gleaming and after a quick complimentary drink and the final pieces of paper work, I looked forward to my 160 mile drive home in my nearly new car. Once again a big thank you to Ben and his team around him for making the experience straight forward and stress free.

Complete rip off duplicitous company
I have bought many cars over the years, but never come across an set up as duplicitous as this company. I used to get my Mini from Mini Malton and when that closed had to use York. I have never been so misled, lied to and I have to say 'conned' by any one. Its called 'Virtue' Its more virtue less. I have now sold my Mini privately, it has put me off the brand completely. Sadly it isnt the car that is the problem but the ouitright lies associated with price and financing (which is with the ombudsman) This company is rotten from the management upwards.

Great service from start to finish.
I saw the car online, and we went over to York to view. We were greeted by Mark who was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We took it out for a test drive and Mark was patient and also chatted easily.
After I’d decided I was buying the car, Mark was again very professional, went through all the paperwork and explained all the extras we could add on. He explained them thoroughly, without being pushy, which makes a very good salesman.
Collected the next day. Just perfect.

Cameron Sharpe was absolutely…
Cameron Sharpe was absolutely brilliant. He took over from Becky at Vertu Mini York as she went on Maternity Leave. Cameron was really good at keeping me updated with delivery of my new car and has been amazing subsequently when I went to collect my new car on Friday. I love the car - Mini Countryman C and I was really very happy with the service I received at Vertu Mini. Thank you!!!
