Claire was professional and helpful throughout the whole experience, very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of when the car would be able to be picked up.

The whole process from start to finish was done very efficiently. Staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and professional than they were.

The team went above and beyond to provide a service which ensured I was happy with my car and the buying process. They were attentive without being pushy and I cannot fault them on customer service. I will reccomend them to anyone looking for a car.

Where to start. Lack of communication, delays, poor salesman etiquette. An absolute disgrace from start to finish. Blaming others and finance company rather than taking accountability. We came here because the first time was seemless and excellent. This time however, a complete nightmare. I would never suggest this dealership or the salesman who "assisted" us. A joke of a service. The only reason we took the car is beacuse after 4 weeks we didnt have anymore time to waste. We had to postpone a holiday and it still wasnt ready. Will never go here ever again. Worst service I have ever had. I get excited about everything but this caused nothing but stress and frustration and time. I cant even get excited about the car as everytime I look at it im just reminded of the terrible experience. Oh and to top it off, the call you get a week later to ask how the car is...shocker...it didnt happen.

I went to Vertu, Glasgow South to purchase a second hand car. From start to finish the process was good. I didn't have a car in mind but there was a good selection. No pressure, answered all my questions, good rapport, good after sales service. I felt I got a deal I was happy with. I dealt with Liam and Dean. Far more pleasurable experience than competitors, definitely recommend

Despite there being a lack of a precise delivery date for the delivery of my new car, the Glasgow South Vertu garage, after some enquiries, Dave, kept me abreast of the likely delivery date and contacted me when it arrived. They had warned me when I ordered the vehicle that it could take till between Christmas and New Year.
They clearly explained the processes required for payment.
Yesterday when we went to collect the car, we had a warm welcome, and an easy process with the required paperwork, both digital and hard copy. There was also the fun process of ‘unveiling’ the car and the further surprise of a receiving a bouquet of flowers.
The sales representative, Anton, was very thorough in his explanation of all the technical aspects of the car and was very patient with me while I asked a plethora of questions. He also sat with me as I drove the car round the block to make sure I was comfortable handling it.
The car handles beautifully, very smooth, corners nicely and is very responsive.

Overall it was a good experience and I would happily recommended Vertu Glasgow South to other prospective car buyers.

Vertu Nissan Glasgow South were great because the team were polite and not pushy, they explained all options to me and were efficient with the process.

8 weeks in and car still not fixed, excuse after excuse, failing to attempt diagnosis on the Satellite Navigation system for 7 weeks. Car not being looked at for days at a time.

Vertu have had our car now for over a month and are still unable to fix it. When we spoke to the dealership about the length of time it is taking they said that they had some cars for months. Either the workshop is not very good or the standard of Nissan cars has deteriorated to such an extent that the cars are just rubbish. Either way it is just not good enough and I would definitely steer well clear of this dealership.

We chose our motability car from @vertumotors Nissan Glasgow South and Shani Morrison dealt with us. She was so helpful in explaining everything and made the whole process stress free. I am over the moon with my new car, which I collected on 19th November and would recommend @vertumotors in a heartbeat to anyone.

Awful service, I had to attend on 3 separate occasions to get a diagnostic carried out on my car. No phone call to prevent me coming and wasting my time. Once the issue was diagnosed I wasted another month being given false promises and lies from customer services. My mild hybrid battery needs replacing after only 16 200 miles and just over 3 year warranty . This suggests a faulty battery. My advice avoid buying a mild hybrid car from Nissan and don’t expect any good will support.

Bought a Renault kadjar from Glasgow South (nissan) 19/09/2025 great experience on looking and buying the car very nice sales person and the manager too they phoned on Monday to ask if all OK but this is when it all went wrong told them wipers one was ripped the other didn't clear window (new mot too ) outside temperature gage not working (plays roll with dpf) spare key not working and pollen fillter blocked and judder from first gear booked in to vertu newbridge but had to go to renault dunfermline but they refused back to Glasgow who tried newbridge then dunfermline again refused so back to Glasgow so off it went got a nice new car to use then several days later told needs clutch flywheel and could have underlying issues so offered our money back we said yes but 2 weeks to get money back after lots of phone calls and being told manager not in but will phone back (they didn't) days later they said want courtesy car and renault v5 which we still didn't have (lost in post got replacement) and told us no money until we do this 6 weeks of very poor after sales service on renault kajar nj17ort and they've got it for sale a week before they sent our money back now reduced price
