Purchase of a new Nissan Qashqai…
We recently bought a new Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Vertu at Ilkeston. The service we received was excellent. Matthew was the person who helped us through the buying/part exchange process - he definitely had the patience of a saint dealing with us and particularly my ever changing mind on what I wanted!
All in all we found the attitude and professionalism - along with a few laughs - first rate.

Great buying experience.
I reserved a car online Sunday morning. Went to the dealer first thing on the Monday. I was greeted by Matthew Hall who guided me through the whole process. Which resulted in me being able to collect my new car the following day on the Tuesday. Again Matthew processed the collection and gave me a detailed run down on the car I had bought. The whole process felt very comfortable and was a very positive buying experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I receivedfrom Matthew Hall From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my choice.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Mathews professionalism and genuine care. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he kept me updated every step of the way. A great experience. Matt was really helpful, had lots of advice, showed us a couple of cars once he knew what we were after. Being nervous and not really knowing what I wanted etc he was great, polite, knowledgeable and found the whole experience of buying my new car great. Would definitely recommend

Great costumer service and a wonderful car
I had a positive experience overall. While buying a car, there were a miscommunication and misunderstanding to purchase over the weekend from the head office staff. However, it was handled professionally from the garage and resolved perfectly. I’m happy with the outcome and appreciate the effort made.
Definitely recommending.

Easy and stress free experience
From the first contact with the team at Ilkeston to driving the new car away was a stress free process.
Communication with the team via telephone or email was very straight forward and informative.
Nothing was to much trouble and nothing was forced upon you, yes all products were explained but that was how it was left.
Overall it was a pleasure to choose my car from Ilkeston and would not hesitate in going back there
