We were really well treated by David Ilett, the salesman. Although we knew what we wanted, he guided us through choosing our new car and made the process really easy.

Your whole team that we dealt with were fantastic. David Ilett is the main reason we returned after how well he dealt with us 3 years ago. He is still as helpful as ever. David the account manager and Charlie were equally great. They couldn't have been any better. I missed having the receptionist there. It used to be more efficient when trying to get through via a phone call. That's the slight down side but overall very happy with your team.

I honestly wasn’t planning on buying from this dealership again when it was Marshall Škoda, but the change to Vertu Škoda has been a complete turnaround. The difference with the new management is night and day, and the whole experience ended up being genuinely rewarding.
Dave, the new manager, was professional, honest, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction, which really restored my confidence in the dealership. A big thank you as well to Dave Ilet, the salesman, who was knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and never made me feel pressured.
