I went to Vertu Toyota after looking into what car i wanted so i could see it in person. Khyesh helped me by looking at the different models and colours. The test drive was a great drive and not just round the block, Khyesh helped tell me what to do as it was my first time in an automatic. He was really clear with all the information and friendly. I felt looked after. Glad I've picked my new perfect car a Yaris cross, what an upgrade! Thank you!

Incredible Service
I felt truly valued from beginning to end. Having found my dream car online at the dealership I called and made an appointment to view the vehicle.
I was immediately told that the one I wanted had been sold, but there was another that was similar and I was welcome to come and view that one.
I went to see vehicle the following day with my friend who is very knowledgeable about cars and all things related, as he owns his own garage.
We were both impressed by the salesman’s knowledge. He answered most of the questions that my friend had when he gave the overview and he was more than happy to answer anything we asked even the girly style questions. I found him kind, knowledgeable, and receptive to my needs and budget.
We went outside and I was able to sit in the vehicle and be shown the key points whilst my friend checked the bodywork. There was a scratch on rear passenger side but we were advised that it was on the list to be removed.
The purchase was made, and I did add some extras all of which were sorted for the following day when surprisingly I was able. To collect my my car.
The receptionist greeted me by my name and the salesman could not have done any more to reassure me that the right choice had been made the following day.
He was very thorough during the handover and went the extra mile to pair my phone to the Toyota system.
Before I left, he assured me that I could contact him at any time with any problem and even come into the dealership for help. If he wasn’t available, somebody else would be happy to help me. I genuinely believe this to be true.
I drove off feeling confident and happy. I love my car even more than I thought I would.
If anyone I know is looking for a Toyota new or used car I shall certainly recommend 100%.

Excellent service from Sonia Kanani
I was introduced to Sonia Kanani, Sales Advisor, by Paresh Vaja from the Service Department, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Sonia is a delightful young lady with excellent manners, outstanding communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of the vehicles she sells. From the moment I placed my order for my Toyota Corolla Hybrid Hatchback until the day of delivery, she kept me fully informed every step of the way.
At 77 years of age, I appreciated Sonia's patience and kindness in taking the time to explain all the new controls, features, and technology in a clear and respectful manner. She made sure I felt comfortable and confident before I drove away.
Even after taking delivery, I have visited Sonia a couple of times for further guidance and clarification on some of the controls. Each time, she has welcomed me with her usual warm smile and has been more than happy to help.
My experience at Vertu Motors Leicester has been excellent, and that is largely thanks to Sonia's exceptional customer service. She is a real credit to the dealership.
A big thank you to Sonia, and also to Paresh for introducing me to her. I would happily give Sonia 10 out of 10 for her outstanding service.

It was Perfect! - right from the start of the transaction to when i collected the car. Fid the sales executive knows his stuff! and he kept me updated as to the progress of the transaction. Though we communicated mostly by email, his responses were so quick that it felt like we were chatting face to face. There were no undue silence in our communication - thanks Vertu and thanks Fid!
