Aalysa was very helpful and answered all of my questions professionally. Everyone I've chatted with online has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

My biggest problem is with the website. It doesn't always work properly and there is no human being that is available to assist you. Not all retirees are computer literate and it is frustrating when you are lost in trying to do the simplest thing. Electronics are wonderful IF THEY WORK!!

It's remarkable how poorly run this company is. Over the past 3-4 months, I've talked with several of their staff. I found one helpful person. Others provided information that was wrong and cost me thousands of dollars. In accordance with their website, I requested a review and they refused to listen to the recorded calls where they provided inaccurate information. To have so many of their employees so unhelpful and confused is remarkable. Maybe it's their hiring process, training, leadership, ... If they have any competition, they'll be out of business very soon.

i was having trouble signing in and the agent gave me a lot of advise. turns out it was my brower that didnt work well with their software. she stayed with me the whole time of downloading a new one and setting it up and getting logged in. thank you sooooooo much!

Communication via the web is confusing. Claim denied, then processed. Getting a strait answer weather to appeal or resubmitt was stresfull. Cchat Abbie wa really helpfull explaining everything.

My question was answered quickly and I was able to understand the response. I like the ability to chat on line because my hearing is not great. Sometime the people are hard to understand. Reading the answer is so much better.
