I had the most incredible experience at Vicki’s Bridal Boutique. When I first attended my appointment in February, I was just hoping to have a browse and try on a few dresses. I told them my budget, and they encouraged me to do some research beforehand, which really helped.

As soon as they got a feel for the styles I liked, they brought out around 5–10 dresses for me to try on. I’m so glad they did because, although I had a clear idea of what I thought I wanted, they encouraged me to take a chance on a dress that I had absolutely no interest in trying at first. It was completely different from what I had imagined, but the moment I put it on, I knew it was the one. I completely fell in love with it.

I picked up my dress today, and the whole experience has been an absolute dream from start to finish. The communication has been fantastic throughout, and even when there was a slight issue with the invoice, it was handled quickly and with complete professionalism. I genuinely couldn’t fault the service.

Hannah and Megan are an absolute dream team, and I couldn’t recommend them enough, especially if you have no idea where to start or what you’re looking for when it comes to finding your dream wedding dress. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free.

Hannah and Megan were fabulous from start to finish. I had the joy of having Hannah leading my bridal appointment and I couldn’t be happier. They are both so attentive, kind and knowledgable. I immediately felt comfortable walking in and felt at ease, knowing I came to the right place. I never felt rushed and Hannah was always on hand to help me and steer me in the right direction. I wasn’t intending to purchase a dress today, but ended up falling in love with one I had seen on their website. My bridesmaids and mother in-law commented on how lovely the ladies were. The shop is beautifully decorated and modern, there are a lot of dresses to try on also. If you are looking for a bridal shop that makes you feel comfortable, confident and like you’re part of a family, a trip to Vicki’s is a must. Thank you so much ladies!

Really attentive service from Hannah. I was made to feel very welcome and special for my appointment. I was looking for a particular brand and I tried on several in the shop and then Hannah also ordered a couple more in to try on and to help me with my final decision.

I met Megan and Hannah at a wedding Fayre a month or so ago and they were so friendly and helpful! I decided to follow the bridal shop on Instagram and was absolutely blown away by the content and information they provided! I decided to book an appointment- my wedding isn’t till 2024 but they made me feel so welcome and we’re so helpful! They were unlike the previous store I had visited, they made it special by allowing time for me to go around the store, try the dresses on, ask questions and kept reiterating that it was all about me! I bought my dress and accessories with them that same day- I couldn’t recommend them enough! Such a beautiful store to go to and the personal experience they give is amazing! I was truly amazed by them and I’m so excited to be a Vicki’s Bride- thank you Megan and Hannah for my special day! Vicki's Bridal Boutique in Tenterden has a fabulous collection of dresses. Hannah, the owner, was so helpful, and full of good advice.

I visited Vicki's Bridal boutique twice in the search for my wedding dress, and both times had a fantastic experience. Both Hannah and Megan are so lovely, super accommodating and clearly passionate about their dresses and weddings. I woluld recommend this bridal boutique to anyone, especially those who may be feeling a bit self conscious about their body or shopping in general.

Megan and Hannah were fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them enough! They walked me through the whole process and made something that could have been quite stressful for me incredibly easy and enjoyable.

Vicki’s was my first and only stop for wedding dress shopping. Since the girls opened the boutique and I began following them on social media, I knew that this was somewhere I wanted to shop.
The boutique is so pretty, so well decorated and laid out and the dresses they stock are so beautiful. This was brilliantly represented on their social media, really showcasing the shop and stock.
I loved that they had a variety of designers and ranges to suit all budgets, but as soon as I saw the Kelsey Rose dresses I knew I’d found my wedding dress designer- there wasn’t really a single dress that I didn’t like! From the moment I saw what turned out to be my dream dress, I had my heart set on it and kept returning to it.
It was so easy to arrange an appointment at Vicki’s, both Hannah and Megan were very prompt in responding to messages and very friendly and helpful. On the day of my visit, we were welcomed in to the shop and the little personal touches were amazing- my name on the mirror, shop to ourselves so I had Megan’s undivided attention, allowing my flower girl to try her dress on at the same time as me. The suggestion of my bridal party each picking a dress for me to try was fab because they picked some dresses I never would have chosen for myself (and one very unexpectedly nearly ended up being the one!).
We were all made to feel so welcome and I think we all immediately felt comfortable and at ease with Megan and her mum who was helping out on the day of my visit. The Buck’s Fizz once I’d said yes to the dress was a lovely touch, as was the gift bag.
i cannot wait until my dress arrives and i can return to the boutique to try it on again hopefully with my shoes/accessories.

Super friendly ladies, made me feel very relaxed! Enjoyable experience which I was dreading to begin with

This is a long one, but I absolutely cannot praise Vicki's Bridal Boutique enough. Megan and Hannah are AMAZING, genuine and caring people who ensured that my visits to them were fun, carefree and exciting. They are so welcoming and their boutique is just beautiful, decorated so tastefully and with their late grandmother's influence and style in mind. The aesthetics and the personal touches (such as their grandma's wedding outfit) really made the whole visit even more special and unique.

I ended up visiting three times and narrowing down my dress choices each time. I went with quite a clear idea in mind of what I wanted (I particularly liked the Kelsey Rose range of dresses) but actually settled on a style of dress I hadn't initially imagined I would go for, but I am SO HAPPY with it! Hannah and Megan gave me some helpful feedback on each dress and helped me to narrow my choices down. Both had a real natural eye for what looks good and what might suit me. They also stepped in as my 'temporary bridal party', taking photos and offering advice, when my bridesmaids and brother (who were due to attend one of my appointments with me) could not get to Tenterden due to motorway closures.

There are a range of dresses available at the boutique, catering to every style and every budget, so this is really a shop to prioritise if you are looking for your dream dress. Megan and Hannah really know their stuff and their passion and love for their stock and what they do is evident.

In the end, I felt like I was shopping with two friends as we laughed and joked on each of my visits. I have now ordered my dress and am looking forward to visiting them again when it comes in next year. As someone who isn't a hugely confident person in how I look at times and someone who is not a 'natural' bride, I was put at ease and made to feel special, as they went above and beyond for me. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Had such a lovely experience at Vickis Bridal in Tenterden. Family run boutique bridal shop with a lovely calm atmosphere and beautiful dresses. Megan was really knowledgeable in all the dresses and gave great advice over sizing and alterations etc. You can see she really loves helping brides find their dream dress.
Can’t wait to go back in March to collect my dress!

Hannah and Megan were so welcoming and friendly and made the whole experience magical. They offered some amazing advice and really made the process smooth and fun. The shop itself if so unique and has a selection of dresses that have been picked with love by the owners. They know every single dress in stock which made trying dresses on seamless as they directed us based off our list of requirements.
I would highly recommend if you are wanting a special and personal experience.

Not only is this bridal shop beautifully presented with a lovely selection of dresses to choose from the service was wonderful. Megan and Hannah made every effort to make the bride feel special and at ease during what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience. They were also very attentive to the bridal party ensuring we were well cared for without drawing focus away from the job at hand. All round excellent experience.

Both Hannah and Megan made my first experience of trying on wedding dresses so much fun and took all the stress away! The boutique itself is so lovely and such a great set up for having the reveal of each dress to my bridal party. The selection of dresses is amazing and I came away loving a style completely different from what I was expecting to fall in love with. All in all it was the best first trying on of wedding dresses I could have asked for and I would highly recommend Vicki's to every bride!
