No instructions what so ever and when I called they would not help other than sending a YouTube video of a headlight install ( no help), no mounting hardware (no screws) to attach the fog lamps to the covers. The covers are very cheap looking.

Poor vinyl, Poor Service, Poor communication
1 month to receive product. Product is not quality vinyl for wrapping vehicles.
Artwork on a simple camo is not vector but pixellated image.
The camo image is mirrored right down the center??????
Help and communication was poor.
I could go on and on.

I ordered 4 srt hellcat redeye widebody rims . they came looking perfect. when i went to go mount my new tires one of the rims had a manufactured flaw , i reached out and got instantly sent a new rim , and got to keep the flawed one . Fast and quick service. definitely recommend for future wheel purchases.

Widebody kit
I appreciate that I was able to get with an agent promptly and get issues addressed because previously I ordered a full body body kit for a vehicle. It’s quite large and certain piece got lost in shipping no fault as a seller. However, those issues cost me time and more money due to the work that was completed on other pieces or peace. However, things have arrived and we will begin with chicken stuff together and on the vehicle as soon as possible granted the work cost me another $200 but it is what it is. I could definitely vouch for communication It has been good and responsive.

I never received my item ordered 5 months ago because I was told it would be sent late February. Calling your customer support number sends me through a non contact loop. Terrible terrible company.

The mud flaps for my 2026 Dodge Durango…
The mud flaps for my 2026 Dodge Durango were narrow and don’t stick out even with the tire to protect the paint. Not vehicle specific. No holes or even marks to drill. The directions in the box were not even for mud flaps, they were for a Rear Diffuser. Website didn’t give much either. Although I could have installed them without much direction it was still a little frustrating. I have wasted a lot of money in my lifetime but this might be the worst $ 150.00 I ever spent. I’m not one to complain and have never left a negative review like this.

The film was really nice. We used it on a famous resturant/bar here in Napa valley. The client (resturant owner) was extremely happy.

Rear diffuser-cheap looking, poor fit and finish
I should have read this particular rear diffuser’s reviews. No 3M attachment tape or installation instructions were included with this diffuser. After dry fitting, measuring and careful trimming, it still didn’t fit my 2023 Challenger Scat Pack wide body. Dissipointed initially, but relieved as this diffuser has a cheap matt black plastic look and poor finish with moulding defects on the underside and top edge which would have cheapen the look of my car. My recommendation to rear diffuser’s shopping Challenger owners is to avoid buying it. Not at all worth the nearly $150 asking price.

They have great customer service. Fast delivery with securely packed items. Great selection of products to choose from with an amazing program that allows you to see what your vehicle will look like with the modifications of your choosing, called vicrez plus. There's a small fee, but worth every penny. Will recommend.

Overall, very good
I experienced some issues with receiving the incorrect products. The issues were resolved without incident and customer service was great. The thing that's missing is written instructions. Yes, there's installation videos but is a shop actually going to watch a video just to do the installation? I feel like I'm paying a premium for install without having a hard copy installation guide.

Vicrez false advertises
Advertise the wrong photo of the front splitter i wanted to buy, claims it fits my car, i receive the product and it does NOT match the photos of what i bought, they claim i am receiving the correct item and the photos on their page are incorrect, but yet have done nothing to update the site, i’m sure the federal trade commission will love that. It is simply a scam so they can lazily send off simple round splitters to people. I want my refund

I've been a customer for 3yrs now. The product I've received has been great! The customer service on the other hand has not been the case. My last order took longer than expected to receive , and I had to cancel the install because of it.
