Vicrez really has the best options for car upgrades. I had to get the hellcat grille with the front scoops to make my car look more aggressive. Not only do they have great customer service but fast shipping. I received y order quick and I can’t wait to add this part on to complete the front look of my Charger! If you don’t have Vicrez parts on your car, you’re missing out.

My original order was mispacked with the wrong part. Called customer service and had a return label within an hour. The correct part was shipped out instantly.
My rear diffuser showed up quickly, good quality and looks great installed on my Durango!!

Terrible customer service
Ordered a conversion body, wide body and a hood. Both body kits were missing a piece and the hood arrived damaged. They gave me the run around asking multiple times to send them pictures of what arrived. Its been 3 weeks since I reported the damaged hood and still haven't received notification of the replacement being shipped. They said I should receive an email of shipping within 2 days the latest and its been 4 days now and still no notification.

Great Parts, Excellent Customer Service
I purchased rear and quarter window louvers for my C7 corvette. The quality, fit, and finish are excellent. During the busy Christmas shipping season one of the parts arrived damaged. Vicrez customer service was excellent. Very responsive, they made obtaining a replacement part extremely easy. I will definitely be buying again.

I ordered a part before Christmas and…
I ordered a part before Christmas and it was supposed to arrive a few days before Christmas.. I needed it atleast by the 27th of December, it was SUPPOSED to arrive December 22nd. It was December 26th and I had gotten no package and no tracking. I called vicrez and they told me ITS SOLD OUT and they didn’t mark it sold out on the site. It’s now January 11th and I’m still waiting on a package that was supposed to be my partners Christmas present. Today is his birthday so now it’s been 2 holidays for me without this package. And I still have no tracking on it.

Poor Packaging
I had a real problem with the way the part was shipped to me by Vicrez. It was wrapped in shrink wrap plastic and no box. This does not provide protection during the shipping process. There was a small dent on the part which was not noticeable at first but once the part was installed you can see a slight dent from an angle. I’m assuming it occurred diring the shipping process. Felt like no care was taken in considering a shipping method, (ie) using a box, that would provide protection for the product. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase but Vicrez needs to do better in preparing a better protection method when shipping an item across country.

Terrible item, paid 125 dollars just for a bunch of flimsy plastic to come and not to even mention there’s an extra piece that you need for your chrysler that they didn’t say u need and ISNT INCLUDED. Do not give Vicrez you money.
Vicrez is a very bad company to deal with. First I ordered a wide body kit which came damaged they would not replace parts. I had to order a new part to fix the issue. Well I have been waiting for 2 weeks and no one knows where the part is. They still wouldn’t help me. Now all of a sudden the part is now showing in Puerto Rico. This company is the wrist and will not help you at all. When you get to leave a review on how the person helped. Well you can’t because the case is already closed. Straight trash company.
