Helpful, great products better customer service. Was able to get a full refund after ordering the wrong car part

This is my third purchase from them for my two cars. I actually ran over the chin spoiler (long story - dirt road) and the chin spoiler didn't crack or chip at all. There were just a few barely visible scratches. My bumper ripped in two places. Therefore, I bought another chin spoiler and side skirts for my second car. I only gave it four stars because the order has not completely arrived yet. It came in two shipments; the first had the wrong part in it. I ordered part# vz101603, but vz100645 came. They look similar, so I'll probably keep it for my other car and order a second set for the second car (of the vz101603). The second shipment had the chin spoiler and winglet hardware, but was missing the winglets. The customer service said they would send the winglets once I send them a picture of the contents of the box. I'll update this to a five-star review once those arrive. Bottom line - the craftsmanship and material is lightweight, durable, and resilient! Highly recommend Vicrez products.

Last year I bought the Vicrez vz101488 - Demon Wide Body Front and Rear Fender Flares unpainted and had installed on my 2016 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus. The difficulty factory of 1-10 I would put it at a 7. The look of these when installed gives you an aggressive look and the price point is optimal. The downside to this install would be that there are no installation instructions included and there is a requirement for using an epoxy alongside the teeth of the fender pieces in order for the 3m tape to adhere properly all in all I am happy with the product and recommend it to anyone who wants the aggressive look

I had an issue where my mechanic refused to install Vicrez side skirts to my 2015 Challenger. I contacted customer service and they quickly resolved this issue. They sent clear instructions on obtaining my refund. Thank you.

Everything was good just shipping takes long

Got my SRT front bumper today and it’s perfect. Came with the grills and fog light inserts, no hardware since most of it can be reused when swapping. Only thing stopping from 5 stars is I ordered back in mid April and didn’t receive an update about my order until June 10th. At the time of purchase it didn’t say it was backordered. But after a couple weeks I checked and seen it was backordered at that point so I figured that’s what happened. Not mad about the wait, I understand things happen just wish the communication was better and faster. Definitely will buy from Vicrez again for sure though!

Ordered snorkel lights, rear diffuser and wide body kit. Extremely pleased with the parts I placed on my car and the lights get tons of compliments. Not to difficult to install but may take an inexperienced person some time to get everything done.

I bought the side skirts for my Dodge Charger. Very easy to install. Made my car look nice and stand out.

I recently ordered side splitters and a wicker bill add-on. When I received the tracking, it initially said it would be delivered by the end of the day on the 22nd. When I checked it again, it changed to pending and I wasn’t receiving any updates on the tracking. I decided to reach out and email the vicrez support. They responded promptly and informed me of why the status was pending. Vicrez has one of the best customer support teams.

I was gifted window louvers from vicrez and the product is amazing! Highly recommended for Mustang GT .

Purchased front and side splitters and both were installed by me personally. Side splitters were somewhat time consuming to install but came out ok in the end. Front splitter came out better

Great place for car mods. Bought a red vinyl and it’s quality is perfect and the packaging is best that was sent in a hard cardboard so it won’t get damaged.

Both items that were ordered came in a timely manner, with specific instructions for installation. I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the end result.
