When adding my Shirokai kit, I needed to upgrade to the Hellcat front-end and bumper assembly. My online salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't quite know what I needed but he took the time to answer questions and make sure I got the right product. I was even offered a discount code that I wasn't aware of. Product was delivered a few days later with no issues. I have since recommended Vicrez to my other car friends looking to upgrade their cars

Vicrez Customer service Is insane so fast and reliable! I have the rock guards/ side skirts w/ winglets / diffuser and canards and love the quality!! Highly recommend if your looking to upgrade your vehicle!

I purchased the 370z Nismo front bumper for the 350z during a sale event. I went to install it a couple months later and the bumper shattered like Cheap ABS plastic. I sent them a picture and explained what happened but they were utterly useless. They advertise durable products and you get trash. They advertise polyurethane but you will get ABS plastic. They will respond to you fairly quick when you contact them, but won’t do anything helpful to assist in the situation. They will just keep apologizing such as Diana Garcia did for several exchanged messages.

Great & Helpful company. I always get great customer service from Kat & Irdwin, very friendly and helpful people, since im local they help me install my parts. I have bought multiple items for my C6 corvette and love the look and the quality of the product. I would definitely be buying more products for my vette!

Very good customer service and willing to help out on everything! Received side skirts from them but the install directions could be improved. Quality of the products is definitely there though.

I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase of my carbon fiber diffuser, after a couple months the product seems to be getting warped and damaged from the heat. Fitment is also bad. no matter how hard I try the top clips don't hold well and you are able to see a gap at the top. I would recommend spending a little more and getting a better product. The carbon fiber parts they sell seems very cheaply made and will not stand the test of time.

Reported Vicrez to Federal Trade commission for fraudulent activities. This merchant delays sending customer’s orders and prolonged processing returns and they had til this day have not issued a refund. The order was from Nov 2021. Be advised- do not deal with this company and save yourself the frustration.

I’ve worked with Vicrex many times in the past and they always provide great service. I’m installing a wide body kit I bought from them for my 17 Charger HC and after the paint it looks amazing.

I ordered my wheels on November, still no wheels in April. What is worse is that they were still fighting to keep my money from Paypal. Garbage company!

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with ever. I bought a carbon fiber hood from them, advertised as a VIS brand which is a top quality brand, received a knock off poor quality hood! Item was returned 3 weeks ago! Makes the customer pay for return and restocking fee for their screw up. Now they are giving me every excuse in the book to delay my refund. Do not spend your money at Vicrez! I have no idea how this company is still in business. I might have to take legal action against them for fraud, I just hope they do the right thing and refund me. Definitely would not recommend anyone to do business with them!

Vicrez has gone above and beyond in helping me with my orders and answering any questions I’ve had. I can’t think of a company that has gone more out of their way than Vicrez to ensure that their customer is satisfied. I’ve placed three orders for my Challenger, and the product quality seems top notch to me. I’ve only gotten to install one of those three products so far, but the appearance is fantastic.

The product I ordered from Vicrez was the Hellcat Fenders for a dodge Challenger. Shipped and received on time. Overall happy with the product. I do However recommend bonding the products to the car as the 3m tape they provide is not close to enough. I've already lost the front piece on one side and the other is coming off. I've since bonded the rest of the pieces to the car and its much better.

So I've purchased a few items from Vicrez and had a couple of hiccups that were quickly resolved by Vicrez. Sadly the biggest hiccup I had was my order for my CF equipped Steering Wheel. I was sent a steering wheel without the LED. No big deal, they had another one sitting there that was close to what I ordered. Not exactly but pretty close and they sent it overnight. The replacement steering wheel was also missing a small part, no biggie they sent the part overnight. They did their best to make things right.

8. Could have added better LED info or hell options, like pressing combo buttons could control some button function, like turning on methanol setup or switching tune MAPs.

The fact is I love it, I wish it were the one I ordered originally but again, Vicrez tried to make it right.
Today when I look at the steering wheel and compare the size in the picture to mine, it doesn't match. I mean the one in their picture looks slimmer than what my actual steering wheel looks. All in all it's a great addition to my build.

I love this place I have bought a few items from here and I love the way my car looks definitely buying more items in the future. Thank you

My C8 spoiler just arrived today from Vicrez. It was well packaged, taking about 16 days for delivery, and in perfect shape from what I could tell. I can't wait to get it installed!
