Excellent tour operator. Great tour itinerary. Quality hotels, connections were well managed and Long provided us with suggestions and support throughout our stay in Vietnam. We enjoyed having ample free time included in our schedule.

Absolutely a wonderful trip!
Long, our sales consultant provided excellent support before, during and after our tour.
The tour had a perfect balance of some small organized tours (less than 8) and independent touring.
All tours were of excellent quality and allowed us to experience the highlights of Vietnam without the stress.
All transfers and tours were on time and the people were very kind!
We did not upgrade our accommodations and were impressed with the quality of our rooms. The Ha Long Bay cruise was so fun! We were treated so well and shared the boat with only 6 passengers.
Very good value as the tour included hotels with an amazing breakfast each day with some included lunch buffets, 3 day tours. An overnight cruise, internal flights, private drivers and all transfers for approx $100 a day (CDN)
Long provided us with a beautiful print of Vietnam and coasters as a gift
We stayed an additional week after our tour and Long arranged a complimentary transfer to the airport and continued to provide support and suggestions after the tour
After the tour ended we did notice that the quality of the yours we booked independently were inferior and involved frustrating delays.

Our tour was a customized 11-day trip called "Astonishing Vietnam". We were a party of three. VTF prepared an itinerary based on our interests and budget, including in-country travel, lodging alternatives and some excursions and activities. The excursions and activities were typically provided by third parties and often involved a small number of other travelers. But otherwise we traveled on our own, not as part of a larger group.
VTF, in particular their representative Long Pham, was tremendously flexible and accomodating, including in making mid-stream changes. We also appreciated that Long kept in touch with us throughout the trip to ensure things were going well. And he was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. Overall, the experience was first rate.

Great tour and tour company. Everything was expertly organised by Chris, who communicated well throughout and felt like our friend on the other end of the phone. Good hotels, particularly riverside villas in hoi an, lovely tours, comfortable transfers. Fab time in Vietnam thanks to this company.

From our initial contact with Hoang last summer, through the planning process for the Thailand trip, and follow through/communication during travel, the experience was smooth and hassle-free every step of the way. All our domestic travel within Thailand went smooth as could be - the drivers were on time for all transfers which meant we never had to worry about getting to our flights on time. The excursions to the markets, the sanctuaries, etc. all were set up with knowledgeable, interesting, and polite guides making each experience a joy. My birthday fell within our travel time and Hoang and his team memorialized that special day with a couple surprises. One little issue arose during travel, but Hoang resolved it quickly and there was no interruption or concern. I highly recommend Vietnam Tour Fun - you will not be disappointed in the level of professionalism and expertise of this impressive organization.

I could not ask for more in a tour company! From the first reply all the way to the end of our Thailand trip Hoang and team from Vietnam Tour Fun have been amazing. They helped us plan the best trip and were always extremely polite, helpful, and quick to respond during the planning process and throughout the trip. Every thing on the itinerary was great and the balance between activities and free time was perfect. All the resorts were all great! They made a trip to the other side of the world easy and stress free, even with a few domestic flights once in Thailand! I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them on future trips!

Through the booking he was quick to respond to requests for clarification and provided helpful suggestions. Very well organised tour, accommodation is good quality, local guides knowledgable and friendly, transfer drivers easy to find and courteous. Highly recommend the drive from Hoi An to Hue over the mountains and overnight tour at Halong bay. MASSIVE thank you to Chris Thang my tour agent, he did an amazing job with all my questions, organising some extra tours and lots of recommendations. Nothing was too much for Chris, available at all times even weekends. The itinerary covered all the popular destinations. Consider a night or 2 in Ho Chi Min to see the sights as the tour doesnt cover this.

It was a very well planned tour. We enjoyed every moment! The locations of the hotels, length of our stays in each city, the activities and smooth transfers were wonderful. The intensity of the semi guided tour provided us the freedom to explore the cities we stayed in our pace. I strongly recommend it to anyone who's going to Vietnam!

We loved our family trip to Thailand! TourRadar found wonderful accommodations that allowed the 5 of us to be together in an apartment-style room or connecting rooms. This tour was absolutely phenomenal. Chris our trip leader was super responsive and extremely kind, helpful and courteous. The tour (logistics) was organised very well. Support from the office (especially Mie) was very helpful - flexibility was amazing.

This tour was fantastic! I felt like there was a nice mixture of busy and relaxing. We got to see so much and were really able to enjoy our time because it was so well coordinated. I would definitely recommend this trip if you're looking for an adventurous but stress free vacation.
