Description was deceiving. Describes a list of things that come with DIY kit, and most of it didn't come with it.. I just wanted the fruit fork (which didn't come with it, even though it was listed) I reached out to you guys and after 3,4 days of no response I had to go through pay pal to get a refund.. I'd list 0 stars if that was an option! Customer service is terrible, non existent.

Ordered memory card directly from Vinguys that the camera will not recognize.

A falling tree broke the mounting L bracket and antenna on one of your products. It took a month+/- to learn that the mounting bracket is not sold separately, to get your recommendation on a replace part, and getting a replacement antenna. Too much time in answering my questions.

Communication is lacking. The only route to communication is the chat. After initial communication, when I tried to follow up the chat was mute. It would be better if there was an email address or 800 number that a customer could get real time information.

This is a good company with good products. Very happy

Love the products. I have the feeder with the wifi cam as well as the new nest boxes I will use this coming year.

Never received the item. No response from the company to my emails.

I gifted the bird house to friends who are avid birders. They were so impressed with the craftsmanship, & especially appreciated the varied entrance hole sizes.

Placed order that was supposed to be discounted. Discount did not process and reached out to team. Team replied three days later, on 2/2/2026 and stated that they would credit my account in 7-10 business days. I have seen no credit to my account and their communication has been minimal.

This is such a quality bird house! I'm really looking forward to experimenting with the different sized openings to see what birds take up residence. It was packaged and sent with such care. It is the perfect gift for yourself and others.

The bird house looks good but is made out of cheap material and will not hold up in the elements. The shipping was quick and the bird house was only $12 but the only way this will hold up is if it were left indoors as a decoration. It will not last as an actual bird house. Maybe one season if you were luck. Very disappointed.
