My friends and I are super happy with the Virtuous Jewels, the quality, the design, everything is paraben-free, 10 out of 10!!

I ordered two pairs of earrings and two necklaces. After waiting several weeks, I was informed that one pair of earrings had been cancelled because it was out of stock.

The return window is only two weeks, yet despite sending four emails requesting return instructions and contacting the company through their website, I never received a response.

I have now been left with no option but to contact my bank to recover my money. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

Earrings were perfect. Packaged well and delivered within the time stated on website. Thank you

I ordered earrings as a Christmas present on 18th November and it’s now 26th December and I still have not received them

Beautiful pice and exactly what I was looking for

The item took so long to arrive it was ridiculous. No response to any communication attempts left me feeling like ide been ripped off. Eventually the bracelet arrived but I can’t tell you about the quality as I haven’t had it very long. It looks nice and I’m glad I got it but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing

Can't give review. Product ordered on 29 Aug 2025. Not yet received clover bracelet!

This is an update on a previous review. It did not start well which should have given me warning signals. After browsing I received an email from the company offering 15% discount however when I tried to use it it did not work so reached out to customer services. After a slow response they got back to me saying they do not offer 15% just 10% (despite the email coming from exactly the same source - triple checked!) As my daughter had chosen these particular items for her birthday I decided to go ahead and order anyway. The dispatch was extremingly slow, nowhere near what they state on their website and all messages and emails to them were ignored. My daughters birthday came and went and still no dispatch. However once dispatched the delivery itself was quite quick and my daughter seems to be please with the quality. So if you want to take the chance, don't be in a rush or expect anyone to get back to you if you any time soon.

Item never received. Emails never responded to. Chat never responded to. Fake website. Avoid!

It’s more than 10 days since i‘ve ordered.
Didn‘t get any response when my order will be shipped. The customer service is not existent. I feel scammed and will contact my bank.
Update: Received my order, but the process of shipping was frustrating and they didn‘t even apologize but the item looks fine

Very long shipping times, plus the necklace i bought is broken, you can't open the clasp

Jewellery still hasn’t arrived and they never, ever reply to emails, DMs or the mobile. Customer service is sadly non existent

Absolutely stunning jewellery. I ordered the VCA inspired bracelet and necklace in silver and mother of pearl. I absolutely LOVE them. Quality is outstanding and beautiful. I’d 100% recommend.

I was so very pleased with Virtuosa jewellery I can not fault it at all , delivery was a lot quicker than was said , bracelet was better than I imagined, packaging was beautiful.
Would definitely order from here again
