No response from Vision Marine.
Purchased a victron solar controller from Vision Marine in May.
Two weeks ago the controller went faulty. I contacted Vision Marine via their Web site..... Not a word.... As I need a this device have purchased a new one..... Will rack this up to experience.

Circa £800 worth of appliances was just left on a pallet outside of our house for 6 hours until we got home from work . No notification from the delivery company . Have not opened boxes yet so presume everything is still there

I am deeply surprised by the reviews here, We have had a total nightmare with this company, customer service is appalling, saying they will get back and don't, do not reply to emails, the list goes on. totally unprofessional. will not be using again and their prices aren't even that good.

I unfortunately didn't have a great…
I unfortunately didn't have a great experience. I ordered 3 items including a bottle of spirit that wasn't in stock. I called and asked to be sent a different bottle, or to have it removed from my order so I could receive the other 2 items. Instead of 24h it has been 7 days and just got an email about a fedex shipment being cancelled
