no stock, parts from elsewhere
we placed an order of parts showing stock to receive an email later stating they were not in stock and will be dispatched once in stock, we then received a confirmation a few days later that the parts were being dispatched however showing they were coming from a different company that we usually use.

issues quickly and professionally resolved
there was an issue with the wrong part being sent But Vision marine quickly and without fuss arranged for delivery of the correct part, and collection of the incorrect one . Problems are a part of life its how they are dealt with which is the mark of good customer service .

I didn't really know which battery…
I didn't really know which battery charger I needed and after talking to them and put me in the right direction I bought. They are honist, informative and very helpful on there products which is very hard to find these days.

Totally above & beyond! Excellent!
They ordered a new autopilot for me with next day delivery: the useless carrier (DX) didn’t deliver that day or the next. Paul at Vision Marine was an absolute star: he made a 4 hour round trip to collect the parcel from DX & drive it up to me before going back. That enabled me to get away down the coast before the next set of gales.
