Great customer service couldn’t be more helpful

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They make you pay double shipping costs!! If you refuse to pay the shipping cost once the item is enroute they refuse to refund you AND charge you another shipping fee! This is a scam!

Ordered a visor that was scratched while being made ready for postage, ordered canceled, refunded immediately, chose another visor was sent a discount code, got the visor looks fantastic.

I love my KBC helmet and it's been so difficult to find a replacement vizor for it

I can no remember being involved with such an unprofessional, rude, and deceitful company,
Despite my pointing out flaws with their online ordering system,
Where two different items have the same description ,
They steadfastly refused to accept clear evidence of this and charged me for returns.
When I did return they refused to send ordered item as THEIR carrier had an issue!

Purchased helmet liner which I was unable to use do to additional damage in the helmet. Returned (US to UK) with note explaining. Received prompt refund.

Ordered a visor on the 1st of June wrong one came and still waiting for the right one to arrive and it’s 23rd of June . I was looking to use it last weekend for a ride out , very disappointing

Great experience shopping with Visorshop. I managed to find a pinlock insert for an old KBC helmet which was sold out everywhere else. Item was shipped almost instantly and the FREE shipping was super fast!

Ordered as item listed as being in stock. Contacted 5 days later to be told out of stock with supplier so presumably they work by drop shipping from supplier. No word of an apology. Did offer an unacceptable alternative.
Really bad communications and service.
I await my refund……

Great customer service from clothing department. Richard went above and beyond to contact manufacturers and check compatibility of air tech products for me as well as devise in usage as I’ve never used air tech before. Other staff have gone the extra mile too in ordering different sizes of leathers and getting items despatched quickly. Thanks guys and girls. 😊

I ordered a pair of Oxford gloves from the visor shop that were defective the two gloves had fingers that were different lengths and the stitches were coming unraveled I sent them back and am getting a difficult time getting a refund they have to see if Oxford will honor the warranty but I will still lose the 40 dollars shipping costs which is the most expensive shipping costs of any retailer I've ordered from. I don't feel that I should have to wait to see if Oxford will honor the warranty that shouldn't be my problem the visor shop sold me a bad pair of gloves I feel I should get my full refund including shipping and the visor shop should have to wait for their refund from Oxford. Either way I will be at a loss of the shipping costs so I feel it's too risky to order anymore gloves from them
