No messing around at all.
Even to exchange a item the service is fault-less

I have ordered several items from the Visor Shop/Crossan Motorcycles in the past and always received excellent service and personal assistance. Recently mistakenly ordered wrong chain size - this was returned with immediate despatch of correct sized article. I am very happy to deal with the Visor Shop; firstly because of their exemplary service and wide range of quality stock and secondly, because I consider Northern Ireland to have been ill-treated by successive Westminster governments and I'm pleased to be able to support a NI business, albeit in only a small way.

We had an issue at the start and this was dealt with to our benefit.
Prompt delivery

I paid for a product that never came as it was out of stock. I reminded them 4 (FOUR!) times over a period of 5 months and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. I am going to take this further. Rubbish customer service.

Steer clear! Bought a tank protector.... barely stuck do the tank at all, raised the issue, they asked for pictures then blamed supplier. Took so long I ordered a new tank protector from elsewhere to protect my new paint job then they refused a refund or credit as they initially suggested! Don't expect anything from visor shop when what turns up is a load of rubbish

This shop is fantastic I ordered the wrong visor.they sorted it all out for me nothing to much trouble will definitely use again . I would advise anyone to use this shop so helpful can’t thank them enough.

Appalling customer service. Took a month for my goods to arrive, not an issue, it's hard at the moment but some contact would be nice. goods arrived, won't fit, turns out I ordered the wrong goods for my Arai pro shade, No problem.

I contacted them, two emails, that's all. I had no idea there were two sizes of pro shades for the helmet and I had the larger one. So the guy on emails called my home phone number, spoke to my daughter, clearly sighed as he was so impatient as she took the phone took the phone to my wife, his words were " can I speak to **** ****** because I'm sick of all the emails"! really

He called me on the number my wife provided, and all he stated was that I had ordered the wrong products, yeah no problem I said, but no where says on the internet about different sizes, I ordered the goods on Xmas day on my phone.

He was arrogant, unhelpful, and couldn't care less, I even said I am not saying it's your fault, got aggressive and I hung up.

Now I'm in sales, business sales and if I spoke to my customers like that I'd get the sack. His name is Sean, shocking Sean, honestly.

You were on hands free and my colleges heard you, terrible customer service attitude.

There isn't even a returns tab on your website, distance trading, does the company even know what that means.

Doubt it.

Website is very easy to navigate. Delivery was very prompt over the Christmas period. Would highly recommend.

I made a mistake on ordering which was quickly rectified and product received within 36 hours of ordering. Great price and service.

Recently bought Richa Atlantic and Richa Gent gloves. The Visorshop had every type of glove possible which allowed me to find something suitable for my jacket and my short fingers. Knowledgeable staff were able to recommend best options. Delighted with these gloves which are great quality and a perfect fit .
