Very easy communication filled in application form for scan received phone call and booked near to where i live within a few days.

Terrible experience, not impressed with the staff at all. I paid £555 for my scan. The 2 doing the scan were sitting in a room with the door wide open & openly laughing & chatting and talking about the patient they were currently scanning. I could not believe how unprofessional they were. They were running late and my scan was rushed, my scan for £555 which should of been at least 40 minutes was done in less than 20 minutes, I got a report that was 16 sentences long & was extremely poor quality. I've had exactly the same scan before that took over 40 minutes, There were no hygiene or cleaning procedures between patients, the patient before me walked out as I walked in. I believe I was given the same ear plugs to use that this other patient had used. As I left the room the next patient was walking in, I expect he got the same earplugs as well. The image photos on my scan are time stamped and I had a full back scan. All of the lumbar images were time stamped 19;22pm and 19:23pm, so one minute for that part of my back for my £555 scan and the thoracic images were all taken within a 6 minute period. You think you are getting a private professional scan and your basically getting in my case 2 incompetent people doing it. Whilst I was waiting they were laughing and joking that they could not get the right images or the scanner to work properly for the patient they had in, if I had not already paid for my scan I would of walked out. Worst treatment and experience ever. I wish I had read all the negative reviews on here prior to booking my scan.

Quick and easy booking system. Appointment to suit around my work schedule at a location not too far from home. Speedy MRI report, which was easy to access. Efficient and professional staff. I have used Vista health three times now and recommend their service. Thank you.

Fantastic service provide by Vista Health. Booking for a child was made easy by the friendly and competent staff over the phone. The booking system was easy to use and any questions answered promptly either by email or phone. From the MRI to receiving the results was the 3 days as specified. The staff at North Tyneside were professional and friendly, the appointment was on schedule and all went smoothly. Overall I would highly recommend Vista Health for MRI services.
