2nd of 3 tests where my oestrogen level test has been higher than the range. Followed the instructions again too.
Will be going back to having my blood taken by a professional.

Worth every penny superb service

After having delivered and posted my blood sample in the morning, the speed at which the results were emailed to me was astonishing. I was also able to download these results and successfully upload them for my healthcare provider immediately and with ease. I had a great difficulty drawing blood, but that may be an indication of the time it takes my blood to clot. Even so, it was possible to extract and return data from my sample. My only reservation about doing another home test is that, having done the first one, it now seems that there's something of an art to warming and massaging your arm and hand in order to get the required flow.

My i ordered an estrogen, Testosterone and liver enzymes test.
But my results didn't include Aspartate Transaminas. Is it too late to send these results or will i need another test?

Very fast results and kept up to date throughout the process. Results were easy to read.

It was very frustrating to find that my sample was 'contaminated' and gave a false reading.
I followed the instructions provided exactly.
After the results came through, I then saw in the small print that 72 hours should elapse between taking medication and then taking blood sample; wish this was in the instructions provided with the kit!

Bought Liver Function blood test as we wanted ALH reading which was unavailable (sample haemolysed which could be us or post Vitall should provide better warnings). The report provided should be clearer in black and white and suitable for printers like mine.

These AI commercials are a joke

Awful.
Had my bloods taken and I had an email saying my results were ready .
Logged in to see my results which said that is was unavailable due to ‘ sample haemolysed’
Therefore I paid £136 for one blood test which was a complete utter waste of time . Not even an apology given or an offer to have another blood sample taken . The most awful service ever . To send an email saying my results are ready and then to log in for the result only to be told that in fact no result is ready because the sample could not be used .
I feel like I have been scammed .

The kit was small and cheap and extremely difficult to get my blood into, the finger prick was fine but the tube provided is so small that the blood would not drop into it and blood bubbles would form in the small area provided. A larger tube would ensure that blood collection is easier for any individual using the kit. Had to get help from a family member and even then we both struggled.

booking a visit was super easy, no fluff, and the professional that come to my home was very efficient, really caring, non judgmental and made me feel at ease. i got my results pretty quick. im very satisifed with this experience and i would highlt recommend

I am very pleased with the text that provided, the nurse came on time, everything was very prompt and organised. I got the results very quickly than I expected. Overall whole process was very smooth and satisfactory.

So easy and I hate needles but this was so quick, the instructions were clear and understandable and the results were so fast.

I had a really frustrating experience with Vitall. I'm currently on HRT, and to continue my treatment, I needed to get certain blood levels checked: urea and electrolytes (including potassium), testosterone, and estradiol. I was referred to Vitall and GenderGP pointed out to buy the "GenderGP Complete Health" and "GenderGP Hormones & Liver" kits, which were supposed to cover everything I needed.

After ordering the kit, I waited a whole week—nothing arrived. I contacted support, and they said the system hadn't processed my request properly, but after that the kit is now on its way. Then second week passed. Still nothing. By the third week, still no kit.

When I followed up again, and it seemed the kit had gotten lost somewhere in transit by post. So I decided to pay for at-home blood draw service instead, where a clinician comes to you, takes your blood, and sends off the tests.

That part actually went smoothly—the clinician was professional. But when I got my results back, the potassium levels were missing. I asked customer service about it, and they told me I'd need to buy an additional test: "Kidney Function Home Test Kit for £199.00", on top of already spent £236,98 + £79.00

Overall, my experience was really upsetting.
Would I say the company is bad? No.

In my opinion, this unlucky experience for both me and Vitall is an opportunity to improve their service.

First of all, it would be great if Vitall could provide full tests for people on HRT and sell them as a single kit (Urea, Electrolytes including Potassium, testosterone, estradiol and maybe some extra) . That would not only make testing easier but, with a reasonable price, could also be beneficial for the company itself, as many people will start purchasing it.

Also, it would be great if Vitall could organise home test kit pick‑up in big cities. Personally, I wouldn't mind going to drop off the test myself.

First test: Clear, concise, happy with the results.
Second test: Oestrogen levels were "dangerously" high. Contamination was quite possible so I gave them a benefit of the doubt.
Third test: Again, oestrogen levels were "dangerously" high. Absolutely no chance of contamination. No use of HRT for 1+ week, I washed THOROUGHLY and took the test in a sterilised environment. I now take my tests via veinous blood draw at my GP. Waste of £180. I wouldn't trust them with a circus peanut.

After there was an issue with my initial finger prick test, I was given an appointment with a community nurse who drew the blood for me.

No hitches with the process, tests came quickly and so did results.

I saved my passwords as usual but when I tried to login I was refused no method of resetting the password. So I had to get Doctor to send me a copy.
