Originally I had issues with the tracking as I am in Australia yet
the item was unavailable from here, therefore my order was coming from the UK,at first company was non responsive but I opened a case with PayPal and from then on the company kept in touch regarding updates. Finally received it today, tried it, and was very impressed with the quality.
Comes with a small carry pouch and USB plug, convenient for traveling.
I recommend this company and BPM. So far it's working fine

ordered 2 items... however unable to use second item due to health restraints... contacted them to ask about returns...got confirmation via email I could return for refund. Returned using Royal Mail 24 tracking, was signed for on 12/12/24. No refund been given and no longer respond to email and phone message always says unavailable at this time and/or phone back in 10 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Totally agree with other comments. I am another totally dissatisfied customer. Unhappy with product when it arrived, got confirmation via email I could return for refund. I ordered the Vitaltrack device on 15th Dec, then wondered if I had made a mistake - it was finally delivered on 10th January. Closer investigation revealed the package has languished in Melbourne for 16 days!! Australia Post at fault.

A comparative test with my friend's OMRON meter yielded completely consistent results. The Vitaltrack meter was just over half the price of the OMRON.

Ordered blood pressure monitor in haste before reseaching about it, quickly realised it was a scam.
But luckily i ordered it through paypal on buy in 3 payment plan. I immediately phoned paypal to tell them it was a scam, and they were brillant , the lady I spoke to said she was putting in a claim against them to get the money refunded.
within 2 hours I have got a delivery tracking reference from VitalTrack. it will be returned immediately if they supply a return address. Also I will be recording the opening of the package and repacking of the item in case Vitaltrack try to say I damaged it.
Also it seems to me payapl are aware of this company the way the lady from paypal delt with my query with them.

This comes up on Google searches as a good purchase. They claim the machine is used by the NHS, beware this is all false. The reviews on the website are false, these people are scammers.
I purchased a Tens machine which came quickly. On opening it is obviously rubbish. The QR code does not work and the hyperlink yields no instructions. I asked for return information which I eventually received. I sent the item back by special delivery. They said they would refund within 10 days.Nothing. All my further attempts to make contact are meeting with silence. This company needs shutting down and I can’t see how they are continuing to trade.

This is a scam company. They refuse to supply a return procedure (despite 90 day promise of refund) and will not respond to emails and phone calls. Avoid like the plague.

Has been a nightmare trying to contact them and do a return within a week of receiving the item! Honestly this company is not worth the hassle.

Despite paying for next day delivery it took 4 days to reach me . The company ignore my e mails .

I placed an order for a Vitaltrack pulse Oximeter. Two were sent. I wanted to return one so tried calling and emailing to no avail. The one I opened stopped working so I opened the second one and that was no good either. I was still unable to contact anyone. I obviously can't return it for a refund. I would not buy anything from them again. They are taking advantage of sick people.

Ordered a Blood Pressure Monitor and paid for next day delivery. Two days later the item was delivered. I have since tried to contact VitalTrack by phone and e mail to ask for a refund of my next day delivery charge but, I am unable to get a reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Husband in severe back pain after a fall painkillers not working so heard about tens machines read(obviously false with hindsight) glowing review so ordered vital track came quickly but almost impossible to read the manual is so faint and worst of all it won’t charge
Feel very sad that they should take advantage of trusting people in pain

I bought the tens machine in December and have not received it despite there being a 2-3 working days delivery timeframe. All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered and the tracking number results in an error message.
I decided to purchase based on it being the number 1 recommended tens machine in a review article.
Totally disgusted with this company. Avoid!

Seems it has all been said. I wish I had viewed Trustpilot before purchasing. It's a total scam. The phone does not answer, they don't respond to emails or messages. The product (blood pressure monitor) is total rubbish. The sponsored reviews are clearly fake. I'm alarmed that other client's credit card details have been abused by this company. I'll be going back to an Omron device, invoking buyer protection, and changing my card details as a precaution.

I ordered the VitalTrack blood pressure monitor. Not only have I not received it, Vital Track does not answer their phone number 01613990341 or their email.
I purchased this product because of the glowing review it received from Health and Living (healthandliving.net)
Vital Track is definitely scamming its customers.

I attempted numerous times to update my previous review of Vitaltrack. However, Trustpilot wouldn't allow me to do so.

I did receive the package, yet did not open it. Took it to the Post Office. They wrote "Refused" on the package. Although they indicated I could keep track of it with the original Tracking Number, I found this not to be the case.

Yesterday, the credit card company indicated the merchant has not responded to their notification of my complaint. The merchant has until early February to do so. Meanwhile, I've been given a provisional credit.

Let the buyer beware.

Absolutely impossible to contact this company either for clear instructions on use or details about how to access their 90 day return policy. Multiple emails unanswered and the same phone message saying "phone lines are busy please call again in 10 minutes" each time I've rung for days. The instruction manual is printed so small it's impossible to read, and the QR code that is meant to lead to an instruction video doesn't work.

No problem with this company.
In the interests of balance, I would say that when my monitor arrived and I found it to be faulty, I notified the Customer Care desk. I was really annoyed with myself because when making the purchase I saw the Trust pilot logo and did not check number oh stars or read the reviews.
Within 24 hours I was advised that I should destroy the device snd that a refund had been made.
I checked my account today and indeed, the refund had been made.
So while I am so sorry for all who have had a really bad experience, my outcome was better than I imagined.
The moral of the story, online shopping is not for the faint hearted and should always involve research and reading of reviews.
No Trust pilot review, no.purchase.

the watch did not work as advertised. the return process feels like a run-around.

Hi,
I bought a pulse oximeter from Vitaltrack based on good reviews of the unit on a few comparison sites. Parcel arrived Next-day with delivery cost included in the price. Unit itself functioned perfectly and all as described, living up to it's No.1 review status.
Unfortunately it did not suit my mother's particular problems so I emailed Vitaltrack for return details. It did take two days for a reply in which they apologised for the delay due to the time of year and high demand. I returned the oximeter, and was refunded the same day that it arrived back with them.
If I had read the reviews here first I probably wouldn't have bought from them, but I can't fault their service or product.
