Hello Al,

Thanks so much for reaching out and leaving us your feedback! After taking a look into this order, it was placed on December 31st, which was a Saturday. As stated on our website, our warehouse processing times are 1-3 business days, therefore with the New Years holiday on Monday, the order was shipped out yesterday on the second business day. The tracking number will need up to 24 hours to become active, which is why it is temporarily showing as not available. Typically our warehouse team processes most orders on the first or second business day as they are almost always ahead of schedule! However, with the increased order volume this holiday season and many of the back to back holidays they have been needing a little extra time. We thank you kindly for your patience and support, we truly do appreciate it.

Hello Glynis!

Thanks so much for reaching out to us with your feedback. After taking a look into your subscription, we're able to see these items were placed in two separate orders. Since the items were placed in two separate orders, they are printed and shipped separately automatically. In order for items (including subscription items) to be shipped together in one order, they will need to be placed together in one order. Not to worry, in the meantime we have issued you a refund for the shipping on your subscription order back to your original payment method, which can take 3-5 business days to process. To prevent this from happening again in the future you are welcome to cancel your current subscriptions, and replace the subscriptions together in one order, with the same delivery frequency. This way when they reoccur, they will be on the same order and shipping out all together.

Thanks so much for your feedback. After taking a look into your order we are able to see the order total did not meet the minimum shipping requirements of $99 to qualify for free shipping. Our shipping minimum has recently increased within the last month or so due to the current rising costs of shipping, however we can see your order total was very close to the shipping minimum and we're more than happy to waive the shipping cost for you this time.
