Thanks so much for reaching out to us. We're very happy to hear our Customer Service team was able to have the incorrect address resolved and your parcel delivered to your intended address. Regarding Spotify, that is a music streaming platform that we have no affiliation with in any way. However, If you are referring to the eCommerce Platform Shopify, we do use this Platform to run our website. To provide some further insight, Shopify is a user-friendly e-commerce platform that helps businesses of all sizes build an online store and sell online through one streamlined dashboard. As for Flashbox, this is a new delivery service we are doing a test run with that offers customers exceptionally fast local delivery. The only information Flashbox obtains is the shipping address for delivering the parcel, much like Canada Post or other similar delivery services!

We thank you kindly for your feedback. We always aim to provide customers a seamless shopping experience on our website, which is why we have multiple categories at the top of the page, such as : Vitamins & Supplements, Shop by Category, Shop by brand, Shop by usage, and lastly, our weekly flyer. These categories have been implemented to provide customers ease of use when shopping on our website, and allow them to shop by specific brands, products, and even right down to the reason of use! We also state the price per unit on all of our products, and this can be viewed when looking at products in a category, and while looking at the product singled out as a close up.

We understand that cost is a major consideration for our customers and we constantly strive to offer the lowest prices possible at all times. We also offer price matching to ensure our customers are getting the best value, simply let us know which product you're interested in and we'll either match the price or beat it if possible!
