​Not only is the black Vitavia Jupiter 8300 with toughened glass a lovely, spacious greenhouse, but Vitavia also provides exceptional after-sales support.
​We recently had an issue with one of our automated roof vent. I reached out to our retailer, who forwarded the request to Vitavia. Robbie from the Vitavia customer service team initially let me know that the autovents were covered by the manufacturer's warranty and provided their contact details.
​However, just over an hour later, Robbie emailed back to say he had proactively spoken to the manufacturer himself, and they were already sending out a free replacement for delivery the very next day!
​Robbie went above and beyond to sort this out for me quickly and effortlessly. Superb customer service - thank you, Robbie! 😊

Fantastic greenhouse - I chose the Vitavia Phoenix 8x8 and I’m already wishing I had more space for a larger one! It’s beautiful and such great quality. I did have to wait 2 months for my greenhouse to be delivered but that can be expected at this time of year. The greenhouse is well constructed and looks great. I would like to see more details in the instructions, the instructions should explain how many bolts are required on each piece before assembly. The roof needed two top and bottom, then one for the window and one for top brace and one for the bottom brace, that's five in total following the instructions we had to add the window a braces bolts later on. But overall the Saturn is excellent.

This is my third Vitavia greenhouse my previous two were excellent so when I moved house to my new home I decided that getting another Vitavia was an easy choice,
the greenhouse was delivered on schedule and the delivery driver was excellent when making the delivery the greenhouse was erected in two days (myself and a friend - we are both in our seventies) I would highly recommend Vitavia greenhouses to anyone wishing to buy a greenhouse that will stand the test of time. My previous greenhouse withstood extremely high winds and inclement weather and I never had any issues with it at all. Thank you again to the whole team at Vitavia you desrve the five stars I am giving you

From ordering our 8’ x 6’ Vitavia 5000 greenhouse continuing to receiving delivery, we were not disappointed.
We decided to choose the green frame and the toughened glass options.
The instructions were clear to follow and we are so pleased with the final result.

Vitavia gives both excellent service and greenhouses. They supplied me with at least two small ones, which have been robust. After I broke two large panes of a new one, they very generously offered to replace them. Delivery by driver Michael this morning was prompt and very helpful. I heartily recommend them.

Their service and after sales support is both personal and exceptional, They are a breath of fresh air compared to the Bots and other meaningless ringtone choices now so often used by the majority

Ordered a Vitavia Venus Greenhouse via Greenhouse Stores opting for self assembly. Delivery was quoted as 1 - 6 weeks, and it was six weeks as made to order, so don't worry if you don't hear anything for a while.

Arrived on time, well packaged with a very friendly driver. Assembly was okay, a few bits were trial and error as this was the first time I have assembled a green house and the pictures in the instructions were sometimes hard to see which way round pieces are. But all in all not too difficult.

Did have to contact Vitavia to clarify fitting of a louvre window and they replied very quickly with the exact information I needed, so great customer service.

Looks great and feels sturdy, can't wait to get growing.

The delivery was easy and quick to arrange on the greenhouse, and when I broke a pane at installation the team were fantastic at helping arrange a new one to be delivered. High quality greenhouse, delivery and customer service!!

Customer service were quick to respond to my voicemail message, identified the issue. Exchanges were then by email, with them providing quick and helpful responsesThe person helping me was polite, kind, patient and knowledgeable.

I love my finished Vitavia greenhouse and have already got it full of tomatoes cucumbers and plants.
I had a few small teething problems with screws and one faulty part. I also needed some advice on installation ( the manual and online videos sometimes skipped over detail)
Robbie, at customer services , was always on hand and always responded promptly to my emails, organising replacement parts immediately.His knowledge on the product really helped sort the small issues I had. I would have no hesitation in buying again from Greenhouse Stores.Well done Robbie🤩.

I contacted Vitavia to obtain some spare parts for our Janssens Orangerie. Robbie was super-helpful and sent exactly what I needed which arrived next day, many thanks. This level of customer service is outstanding when so many other companies couldn't care less. Thank you Vitavia, you're an inspiration!

After ordering the Apollo 2500 we received delivery in a very well packed pallet. I had a total hip replacement due so never got to construct it until 3 months later. It took me 3 days to get it all up and correct because frankly the instructions are clear but the close up bit should be a bit bigger! After opening the glass packets I found that 2 of the pieces were broken. I notified Vitavia on the off chance that I might get a reply. Not only did I get a reply but they were very very helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only for the quality of the product but the after sales service is top notch.

Very happy with my Vitavia greenhouse now it’s finished. Great value for money in my opinion.
Struggled a little to build it, mainly getting everything level and square and due to iffy instructions.
So, why 5 stars? 5 stars because the after sales support was second to none. Quick to respond and explained where I was going wrong. A big thank you to Robbie and Jamie 🙏
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vitavia to my family and friends.

(Neptune 9900 black horticultural glass). Took a couple of weeks from order to delivery which gave me plenty of time to sort the base out. unfortunately 2 panes were cracked when I checked everything was there. Contacted customer services the same day and had a reply almost instantly with requests of the size of glass, new panes arrived by courier a couple of days later and extremely well packaged. Great customer service and communication, fantastic looking greenhouse and it went together really well. Definitely a 2 day job for this size.

I bought the Vitavia Freya greenhouse back in November and I genuinely couldn't be happier with it. From the moment we installed it, it's been a joy to us. The build quality is excellent, it feels sturdy and well designed and it looks fantastic in my garden. Everything about it feels thoughtfully made, from the structure to the overall finish. I absolutely love this greenhouse and would highly recommend Vitavia.

From the start of my enquiry to receiving delv the customer service has been fantastic . This wasn't a straight forward order but Robbie especially walked me through the whole process with ease and a caring attitude. Vitavia treated me as a valued customer and not just a number. Many companies could learn a thing or two if the had the customer service that Robbie on behalf of Vitavia showed.

Extremely happy with the final product. Putting the greenhouse together is a bit fiddly but the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. They really went above and beyond.
