The Company were very responsive to a request that I made.
They made an item of jewelry for me very quickly and had it sent to me.
I am delighted with the item.

I loved my new necklace. It arrived promptly and was exactly what I expected. I will continue to buy more necklaces from Vivien despite my husband telling me I have enough.

I bought the earrings as a 30 th birthday present for my daughter and I was thrilled with them. The ordering was very easy, the delivery was speedy and the packaging is lovely. A great experience from start to finish. My daughter adores them and is going to wear them to her sisters wedding next week. Thank you so much

Thanks Vivien for all your help with a Birthday present for a friend. Wonderful personal service ..nothing was too much bother. The experience reminded me of the old Ireland where the customer was valued and appreciated.
This is a small Irish company making beautiful timeless jewellery ....that really deserves to be supported.

Bought a necklace for a birthday gift.
Arrived vert quickly. Nicely packaged.
Recipient loved it.

After recently losing one of my treasured Vivien Walsh earrings I emailed Vivien to see if by any chance she might still have some stock of the old design. She didn’t but straight away said she would make a replacement earring and to ensure it matched I was to return the earring I still had. From initial contact to the time I received my new replacement earring it was less than a week. Absolutely delighted with the replacement earring and the adjustments made to my existing earring. Highly recommend purchasing jewelry from Vivien. She always puts her customers needs first.

So lovely to receive my prompt little package of beautiful items - I had bought them as presents but I might have to steal them for myself!

I asked Vivian to create a single earring for me as I had lost one. She very kindly agreed and made me a single identical earring. This meant I could wear my pair of earrings rather than just having one that I could do nothing with.
So thanks to Vivian for being so kind and helpful.

It is always a pleasure buying from Vivien Walsh. She delivers almost immediately and jewellery is exactly as shown on the website.Packaging is lovely especially if you are gifting. I have a few pairs of her ear rings and they all stand the test of time.
