I ordered four pairs of glasses from Vlook Glasses. The glasses were sent with the wrong prescription. I immediately contacted them to request bifocal lenses (which is advertised but not a selection on the website). Vlook Glasses asked me to send the glasses back with a tracking number. I sent the glasses back as advised. Vlook Glasses is now asking me for additional money for the bifocal lenses. I refuse to pay the additional cost, because the website does not mention an additional fee for bifocals. In addition, Vlook Glasses should have informed me of the additional cost prior to sending the glasses back. I sent a text message and email requesting my glasses back and there's no response. I'm an older lady who just wants to be treated fairly. I need glasses to see when I read and write. It's sad that Vlook Glasses would take advantage of people when we entrusted you with our eye vision. Since I have already paid for glasses, I want my glasses back. Vlook Glasses customer service does not strive to meet the needs of its customers...which is to help people see life better through their glasses.

I placed an order with vlooks 2 weeks ago. Received today bit upon opening they had another person name and prescription ( which is a hippa violation). I have yet to hear back from these people and there is no phone number to call. I RECOMMEND STAYONG AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Update: they reached back out to me and we now have everything fixed and corrected. I will have my glasses soon and the individuals gladsed6i have will have theirs soon.

I ordered some frames on January 18. Today is February 16 and I haven't heard anything or received anything. What happened?

I love my glasses, the only complaint they take to long to get here.

I ordered my glasses on the 19th of January with an expected date of February 8th. I keep checking the website because I haven’t received a tracking number and the shipping status still says pending. I’m confused about this because today is February 3rd and still no tracking number but deliveries expected on the 8th? No communication at all.. no emails nothing. I’m starting to get very worried. Luckily for me I have a habit of screen shorting everything and that’s what I did when I first placed my order. nOW HOW DO WE RESOLVE THIS?

I received one of my orders for glasses on Sat 2-4 which they promised so even though the website said processing they were actually mailed out. My second order has not yet arrived and those too said 2-4 so 1/2 came on time. I really like the glasses. I am not sure if the one with the stronger prescription is spot on --I have to test it. My initial test seemed to think they might be off so I will try again. The glasses were packaged well and I will order from them again. I hope to receive my second order soon.

I usually order from Zenni and have at least 50 pairs from them! For my most recent order which was on 1-15-23, I ordered from Zenni, Zeelool and Vlook. I received my orders from Zenni and my very large order of 7 pairs from Zeelool. I have not received my order from Vlook and it says that my order is expected by Feb 4. I doubt it since today is 2-1 and the status is listed as "producing your order". They have some very fashionable styles listed, however, I also see many complaints. I am in the process of making yet another order with Zeelool and I have a feeling that my order will arrive before Vlook.

I have ordered numerous glasses from this site for my grandson and myself and they are very nice. It takes a little longer to receive them, but it is worth the wait!

The prices of their glasses are amazingly inexpensive and the frames are very stylish.

I bought glasses from 7 different companies on between 11/25-11/27 so I could write an article about my experience with shopping for prescription glasses online. The glasses from Zenni, Payne, Moo Glasses, and VooGlam, EyeBuy Direct, and Muukal all arrived by 12/7/22.

Vlook glasses said my order would be due by 12/17/22 (the longest of all the places ordered). I had been monitoring the tracking site from their website every day. And when I didn't receive my glasses by 12/16/22 I reached out via email AND text. They said that my glasses were on their way to The Sorting Center.

I had noted that they have been on their way to the sorting center for about 3 weeks.

When this review was originally written, 2 days after the glasses were supposed to arrive I was beginning to doubt that this is a real company.

Update - The glasses arrived! 5 days late and 15 days after all of the other companies delivered.

I like the glasses, but would probably not buy from them again.

The prices were good and on par with the other companies, but the delivery wasn't competitive. It would be MUCH better if they just let you know that it could take almost a month to deliver and always give you free delivery. Then I might think about them differently.

I received the wrong prescription and Joan is telling me I entered it wrong, why wouldn't I enter it just as I see it on the prescription? she refuses to send me a return shipping label and will not exchange glasses till I pay to send them back, and has not shown me the original document I filled out but a document that someone else has transposed to a different document that looks nothing like the one I filled out, please help resolve this,

Great experience ,own about 70 pairs of glasses between myself,my daughter and granddaughter and great grand.love them.have been getting glasses most of this year since february.wish this site gave points,like vooglam,meeloog,zeelool and some other sites

Placed an order on October 10th that was suppose to be delivered by October 31st but am still waiting. No matter where you contact customer service (email, IG, text message) they continue to make up excuses, provide invalid tracking numbers or not response at all.

Do not buy anything from this website they scam lie and steal your money and then give you the most absurd and unheard stories about why you haven’t received your items absolutely do not buy anything from them at all

I've been waiting a month for these bloody glasses and they've allegedly been delivered already, which is obviously not the case. they gave me a tracking number for usps and it has never worked, not a single time but they kept reassuring me that my package was en route. Now the package has been "delivered" but I can't even check with my local usps as the tracking number is incorrect! I believe I have been scammed, please stay away from this company at all costs...thats 50$ down the drain, please learn from my mistakes!!!

I purchased 4 pairs of glasses from Vlookoptical. I had an issue with the temple arm on one frame. I contacted Jack at customer service in which he promptly sent me a new frame! I installed the lenses and now I have my four great options to choose from daily!! I can't say enough about their customer service. What I really love about the Vlookoptical is their AMAZING selection! They have so many unique, stylish frames to choose from... Unlike most companies with very basic run-of-the-mill looks. I am a loyal customer for life!!

Terrible customer service and long long loooooooong shipping and handling time. I’ve waited almost 4 weeks for these glasses that were supposed to take 2.5 weeks to be made and delivered. I emailed them and their customer service also disappoints…their only reply was that Covid had increased their shipping times…. So then why estimate it’s going to take 2.5 weeks if you know that’s not true?

Everybody has something to say about my glasses !! I receive a lot of compliments.
The only thing about it is that always get scratches on the lens and it said anti-scratch...

I was shipped a totally different pair of glasses than I ordered. I mean totally different color and style. On top of that the prescription was totally wrong. Can’t get in contact with anyone. I think Vlook just ships anything just to say you got something for your money. Now I’ve noticed there is no description of what you ordered on the email confirmation of your order nor on the enclosed package, but there is something that looks like the prescription you didn’t provide.Beware of this company.
