This is a scam
This is a scam. You purchase a $5 training, and a few days later you are charged $69. A subscription is activated without clear or explicit notice.
Contact their support and request a refund - they will refuse. After that, open a chargeback with your bank for this transaction and explain that you did not explicitly approve the charge. Attach screenshots showing that they refused to issue a refund.
Additionally, file a complaint with Stripe against this merchant. Search online for “Stripe complaints” or “Stripe report a merchant” and submit the complaint form using the same details (the merchant name can be found in the email related to the $5 charge). In most cases, the bank will return your money within about a month.
There is no point in lengthy communication with their support - it is ineffective. Focus on filing complaints and initiating a chargeback.

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями от обучения. Курс по постановке голоса помог мне наконец-то звучать уверенно— это база, которой мне не хватало. Но настоящим открытием стала программа "PRO: 90 дней до баланса". Это действительно экстремальная настройка всех сфер жизни: от тайм-менеджмента до внутреннего состояния. Deceptive Bait-and-Switch: Hidden fees and no refunds
This company lures you in with a big promo for just $4, but 3 days later they charge you $69 because you didn't notice the fine print stating that the purchase activates an automatic subscription! Worst of all, when you log into your account, there is no option to remove the card you used for payment. Contacting support resolves nothing; they refuse to refund the money.

They hide information that that will charge you $69 monthly when you sign up. Or its just in such little font that its unreadable. Refused to give me refund even tho I contacted them same day and never used their service. Useless customer service. Would never recommend

Unauthorized charges
I signed up for a $4.99 trial via Instagram ad.
Immediately after, my card was charged additional amounts ($35.90 and $25.90) that were not clearly disclosed at checkout.
When I contacted support right away, I was told refunds are not possible due to “policy”.
A few days later, another charge of $69 was made, despite my complaint, forcing me to block my card and contact my bank.
I believe the subscription terms were not transparent, and the billing practices are misleading.
I recommend others to be extremely careful

Second the last review - FRAUD
Second the last review - it's a fraud - they charge you 4.99 for course and then another 69,99 a month without telling you, for support during the course as they claim. Moreover they are not willing to refund once you reach out to them. If you experience this - write to stripe or do the chargeback with your bank, this should help. If you did not fall into their trap yet - STAY AWAY!

Более того, при обращении в поддержку они отказываются возвращать деньги. Если вы столкнулись с этим, оформляйте chargeback через банк - деньги вернут, хоть и не сразу. Если вы ещё не попались на эту схему — держитесь подальше.

они отписались, что якобы открыты к диалогу, однако на самом деле они игнорируют письма на почту с запросом возврата. это СКАМ.

Если кто-то решит купить курс
Если кто-то решит купить курс, имейте ввиду, автоматически вы соглашаетесь на подписку ( платную). Столкнулась с этим сегодня ( о наличии подписки даже не подозревала), выяснила только после того, как сошли деньги и сразу же им написала. Будут предлагать что угодно, но деньги не возвращают ( не просила возврат денег за купленные курсы, только за подписку, на которую не давала осознанного согласия). Подписку сразу отменила, но по факту, не возвращают деньги за услугу, которую я не просила и не собираюсь пользоваться. Так же перед покупкой внимательно изучите условия возврата денег ( такая опция упоминается в рекламе).
Поставила 2 из 5, а не 1, только потому, что какие-то обучающие материалы они все же предоставляют. Вроде бы. Насчет качества не уверена.
