Excellent boiler and a great company to deal with

I’m a heating engineer and have recently fitted a few Vokèra Pinnacles I was genuinely impressed. The flue system is well thought out, the combined PRV is a neat touch, and the layout inside makes the boiler straightforward to work on. The display is particularly good: it gives both the customer and the engineer clear, useful information.

David, Margaret and Gary have also been very helpful. They’re approachable, quick to respond and have made Vokèra an easy company to deal with. It’s refreshing to get that level of support alongside a boiler that has clearly been designed with installers and future servicing in mind. Based on my experience so far, I’d happily fit another Pinnacle and Easi Heat

John Baldwin the engineer was punctual, polite, 100% professional and worked well on my boiler. I have complete trust in him that he is well trained in taking care of boilers.

John has been doing my Annual Boiler Service for many years. When I contact Vokera to book a visit, I always request for him to do it. He always rings to specify how near he is to calling. He is very friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommend him.

I’ve always had great dealings with the company whenever I’ve phoned them for technical assistance and information regarding warranty issues etc.

We had an engineer come out to fit a new heating element on Friday 11th September, looked like a great job and took some hours to do. It worked well until Sunday morning and stopped working again. A different engineer came out today, Tuesday 15th September and unfortunately there was a leak from the heating element which dripped into the fan area and the electrics, so that stopped working. Mark, this engineer, happened to have a new fan in his van, fitted it, checked everything thoroughly and again, it is working. Thanks Mark!

Lee Bullion has been providing my annual maintenance service on my Vokera boilers for years, and he is, frankly, brilliant! I always look forward to Lee's annual visits, in September, because he KNOWS his product through and through, is prompt with his timing, courteous and professional. A tip-top gas engineer and serviceman.

My customer journey with Vokera has been so easy to arrange my annual boiler service.
I contacted the customer care team to book my appointment for my boiler service. My contact Gemma acknowledged my email within minutes, offered me dates and times to work around my schedule as I asked for a Thursday appointment.
Thank you Gemma for your excellent customer care and support.

Today, your engineer John Baldwin rang ahead to say “I will be with you in around 30 minutes”. This gave me time to prepare the access for John to my boiler.
This is the sixth year using Vokera for my annual boiler service. In my opinion no one knows the product better than the manufacturer and I put my trust in them.
Can I say John is an excellent representative for Vokera. He is always polite, courteous and very knowledgeable engineer.

John is cheerful and friendly and easy to get on with.He can always be trusted to be on time and do a good job with nothing being too much trouble. If I've ever had any worries or questions, he'll always double check for my peace of mind. Today's job was my boiler's yearly service.

Great boiler but not as easy to work as my previous Vokera boiler.

Outstanding customer service from the initial call to the engineers that were with us in less than 24 hours and polite professional and fixed issue then and there. Clean and tidy and left everything tidy and kept us informed throughout. Amazing company a huge thankyou xx

Was not too hopeful of an easy solution to a couple of bolts that had seized on the burner assy - cross head had stripped making removal more than difficult on initial visit - follow up visit arranged and Steve L made it look easy with the correct tools - 5 stars gets nowhere near the service and quality of work by Steve

My thanks also to Gemma for excellent customer service in setting up the service call and keeping me informed

I just need to work out how to keep Vokera and especially Steve as my service provider as boiler is out of warranty next year

Gary Whelan connects so well with customers and doesn't just promote the company he works for but does a really good job of promoting the host of the event as well .Already booking him in for 2027 whilst he has the availability. It's a great product but people by from people so i believe Vokera have got it right now, product and personel

Was struggling to find a spare part of a Vokera Vision 25c. Parts arena was showing the part but there was no code against it. So emailed vokera spares and Teddy Hoy emailed me back within 2 minute . Part number and price within 2 minutes now to me that's brilliant and quick service. Going Forward from now if needing help form vokera spares Teddy Hoy Is the man Thanks Teddy for your help.

Alan McD was my engineer today. His communication was great with a courtesy call before arriving. Very efficient work and gave a detailed explanation of the repair he had completed. Really could not be happier with his work, a true expert. Alan was also very personable and professional.

Gary did a fantastic job with the Vokera breakfast morning on our trade counter this morning

I had some issues with the paperwork, but Chloe was great and directing me on what information they needed and was able to book an appointment for me very quick, she was very helpful!
