This is the first time I've ordered from Voltage Coffee Supply. I received an order confirmation as well as notification of the package's shipment. The order was delivered on time. I was very pleased with the service and will order from them again.

The company is very informative to keep you update on your order. Although the grinder I had ordered was very popular they were out of stock. Voltage warned me ahead of time, so I decided to wait. Its been 4 weeks, but no grinder yet. They said due to back order it will be another few weeks. The white grinder must be in demand, so decided to go with the black color, which they had in stock, they shipped it out same as requested!

This was my first time ordering from Voltage. From calling in for clarification about an item, to ordering items, everything was awesome. After ordering I had a couple minor issues and they were handled flawlessly and promptly. Speaking with Matt was great. I will definitely order any new equipment from Voltage. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

Ordered new baskets for our portafilters. I thought I might have ordered the wrong type since I have both a single and double portafilter. The baskets fit both! I found the price very reasonable and no hassle delivery was great. We haven't been able to use our Astoria machine since the baskets mysteriously went missing so my coworkers are ecstatic.

I bought an item back in 17th of December and choose free economy shipping since I don't need it right away. Today is the 28th and It's been 11 days (I even downloaded the Shop app to to track my order thinking it was already shipped.) Decided to call since chat is useless and found out the item I bought was out of stock and it will take another 2 weeks or so to be available and shipped. I wouldn't have known this until I called them. I tried and order the same item from their website and I was able to add it to cart (which I assume they have it in stock). I am aware of the supply chain issue we're currently dealing right now but if you don't have it in stock then update your website!

I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.

Matt went above and beyond to help me get my order as quickly as possible.

These guys are the best. Great products and fast responses. If your looking for coffee supplies and the like you need to look here first. Also great prices! Don't go through Paypal , they will not abide by their
discounts.

My frothing pitcher was backordered, but I received word that another was available and that I would receive it before Christmas.
