My Infinity was ordered on 15th September and received in late November. Seemed so long but the wait was worth it. Despite it weighing half a ton(ok 23kg) it is uncannily easy to maintain 16 to 18 mph(after assistance cuts out) on flat ground. Ergonomics are great for me too. For such a large bike it is very agile and quick steering, almost as twitchy as my non e sports bike. I think that considering it comes with quality equipment such as mudguards, lights, a rack and automatically shifting gears it's great value for money. I prefer to switch to manual select on gears when tackling very steep climbs as it sometimes can't make it's mind up what gear to give me. This can result in lost rhythm when struggling. Otherwise, on less steep hills and on the flat it seems intuitive, always putting me in the correct gear. Best thing of all, it's just so enjoyable to ride.

Very easy to order online. Extremely helpful when I had a few queries about which size to order as I was buying bikes for myself and my wife. Opted for the Pulse and Pulse LS, not received them yet due to living on a remote island (Fair Isle), waiting for a weather window for boat to sail.

The Volt Metro bike has a strong frame but is too low for rain rides. After only 6 weeks, developed a fault, with the lights not working until after about 400-meter ride, also today the display would not work, and therefore unable to use the Bike, have to make a trip to the services center. very disappointing.

My Kensington bike is fantastic, I love it! As a smaller woman it is the perfect size and it's really easy to operate. Since having it I have done many journeys I would have otherwise used the car or bus for. It is very heavy, but that just needs getting used to.

It was delivered in a appropriate time frame and it has given me a better experience of cycling on the road, though since it is an electric bike which would tend to be used on the road, why mirrors are not accessories you can get added is confusing. Cars and motor bikes and even mobility scooters seem to have them.

Communication from the moment of making order was great. They called me up to talk about which local bike shop they would deliver to (not restricted to official Volt dealers). They made arrangements with that local bike shop to receive the delivery and do initial set-up and get paid for it (this is all included within the advertised selling price). Meant I had a working bike in my possession within a week of ordering and a local bike shop benefitted out of the deal too. Still seeing whet my Volt Pulse can do, but so far very impressed with its ride, and performance. Feels like a solid, quality product. Easily knocked 10 minutes each way off my daily commute, and flattened the moorland hills, enabling me to go further and faster on leisure rides….upping my level of exercise along the way.

Bought two bikes online a very smooth process.
They were dispatched four days later and were ready fully assembled at our local dealer in Lerwick Shetland a week later.
I also needed an invoice for a bike loan and that was emailed the same day.

A couple of months from collecting my new Volt Kensington and I couldn't be happier with it. Having moved from a flat city to a rather hillier one, I was struggling a little and this has made things much more manageable. My only tiny gripe is the basket is smaller than I'm used to, but I ordered a pair of CoBags which work really with the panniers and can now manage a full load of shopping up the hill!

Ordering was easy on line. We ordered two pulse bikes with the larger batteries, but they came with the smaller batteries. Asked for one bike to come with a ladies saddle, again not supplied. One had to go back after 10 miles for loose mudguards. This said, I'm impressed with the bikes quality and all issues now sorted.

My wife ordered my Volt Metro e- bike as a present for my Birthday/Christmas present.
A late delivery on my e-bike dampened my ego initially, but being in receipt of it soon put my disappointment on a back burner. I am 71 and have a failing heart valve which will require replacing soon. My consequent physical exertion is quite limited but having so excellent an electric assist bike has liberated my life with respect to being able to enjoy the great outdoors. I find the bike excellent to control and comfortable too. The joy of riding it exceeds expectation after sourcing it through a criteria for a bike with agreeable and excellent technical specifications. I was not disappointed. My volt pulse is a very high quality bike and a joy to ride. Very friendly and informative about their products when I visited their London Bridge store and offered a test ride on the bike I was interested in. I ordered the Metro folding bike as I have limited storage space and collected it a week or so later. I am 6'3" and the fit is just fine.
On collection the guys at the shop ran me through the folding, charging and general usage procedures and off I rode. The bike is definitely a little heavier and more expensive than a lot its comparable models, but the build quality is incredibly high and all the components are by well known and well respected manufacturers, with everything being built/assembled in Milton Keynes.
The ride is very comfortable and the pedal assistance is very smooth indeed, being new to electric bikes I found this to be everything their website claimed, very impressed. The Shimano gears are smooth and efficient and have none of the perceived "quirkiness" of another high end competitor, they just work.
The claimed battery life is spot on resulting in a range of fifty plus miles, NOT kilometres! The charging time of three to four hours, again matches the website.
If I had the space, I would certainly buy one of Volts' larger touring models as well.
I bought the bike back in August '22, it's now almost November, absolutely no issues, I have no second thoughts on recommending these British built bikes to anyone.

I have had my Volt Metro for just under 3 months, and have become an enthusiastic cycle commuter, clocking up 845 miles on my arrival home tonight.
It took me a few weeks to learn how to use the battery and the gears most effectively, but now I'm sailing along, and am extremely happy with my purchase. The bike is impressively well designed: the folding is so easy to do, the carrying bar just right, the pannier rack really good - hard to find any fault at all.

I couldn’t be more impressed with a bike as the volt pulse.
Really smooth running ride, smooth gear changing, useful things include integrated back wheel lock, lights and the throttle override boost is fabulous.

1. I find the low, normal, high, power switching awkward to use - would be better like a throttle grip?
2. lifting the folded bike into a car boot could do with being thought out better - its really quite awkward. You end up trying to lift a hinge flap.
3. I find the power delivery a bit notchy.
4. Range is excellent
5. Power is adequate

The cycle is well built but as a Fold Up cycle it is certainly too heavy for one person to move about and i don't feel that the battery range is as good as they make out.

I love the bike. It is just right for me and my short legs. Love the look of it too.

I ordered it for a trial ride which when I ordered it over the phone I was told it was in stock and would take 2-3 days but it took 2 weeks. Good thing I was not in a hurry.
The staff at TAV bikes Ryde were wonderful and very helpful. But I couldn't pay for it at the shop!! They tried to get in touch with Volt on a Saturday but not possible on a prime shopping day.Had to wait till the Monday to phone and was told I had to pay on the website. A bit odd as I was buying the bike I had ordered to try.
