Nokwanda was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. The problem was sorted out in a few minutes! Total repect to Voneus tech support. Highly reccomend Voneus!

It took you two days mainly because I was away the first day and couldn’t confirm the status but when I was home and advised it was intermittent Nokwanda called back, was very patient and got the service up and running.

I recently moved into a small village and have been looking around for the best fiber wifi and voneus have stepped up to the mark. From when I first spoke to John Coleman i was sold. I did have some issues with blockages but they organised to clear it and have been fantastic! Just need to work on the signal strength upstairs but that’s a problem with most houses!

Kevin was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Apparent wifi issues were resolved and difficulties with communications (no phone without internet) surmounted. He had a pleasant helpful manner and it was a pleasant experience after I had got through to him

Had an issue with connecting to my tv so I rang customer support and spoke to Ziyanda . She asked me what the problem was and then started with shorting it out . She was very professional and polite and with in 5 minutes she had it working again. I was very impressed with her ability.

Matty and Owen were very professional and polite. Took about an hour to do the full installation. Matty made sure everything was working before he left as he could tell I was worried. A credit to their company.

All was resolved by Nokwanda to my satisfaction. I got called back as promised. Tests were done to prove the issue in part of the house and an FOC booster is on order.

The whole job was done quickly and efficiently. The team was friendly and chatty, explaining everything clearly. Well pleased with the installation.

Kevin was very helpful and listened to the problem. Our landline was showing the engaged signal whenever we phoned out to a landline or mobile. He called back promptly having solved the issue. We tested and all was well. Our initial call was on Friday and all working properly on Monday. Thank you

I had lost access to the Voneus service and rang Technical support. Mercy answered the call and was able to fix the problem remotely despite me not being able to find a key bit of kit for several minutes. It was hidden behind furniture and I'd forgotten it even existed! He was very patient and we got there in the end.
