Good initial experience, BUT ! ! !
Contract agreed with voneus included Contract buyout from my existing agreement with BT.
I am having great trouble getting a credit from them for the contract buyout.
This has been ongoing for a couple of months & is still to be resolved. ! ! ! BEWARE ! ! !

Doubling the price of internet at the end of the contract while the same package is available on the website now for LESS than I was paying, not twice as much!

Tried to cancel over email, told have to called after calling get told will get a reply via email and they can’t cancel over the phone for me.

Companies are legally required to offer their best available deals to customers on renewal but never let the law get in the way of ripping off your customers I guess?

This is more of a review of the help I received today in relation to quite an problematic broadband service provider - Veonus. We have experienced many issues with our connection over the past year or so but todays issue was very efficiently dealt with by Sambulo, who was brilliant over the telephone. I lost signal and the call cut out mid conversation, Sambulo called me back straight away. He was very polite, conscientious and helpful. It really did help to have a warm voice at the other end of the line when trying to sort out this problem

Nommi was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. She listened to my issue and patiently guided me through her plan to resolve things.

Two engineers installed our outside box and router. please?Dan and Jake did their job following discussion with me as to location. Joshua Page was my initial contact and talked me through the process of signing up to your service. Joshua was most helpful and patient. I have not been able to get access to my £50 voucher although I entered the details requested. Can you help me with this please.

Had some problems drifting in and out of signal, However after a lengthy conversation and trying different things,The Voneus chap said, Leave it with me and I will do my best to get it sorted. He was true to his word, Within 30 minutes had a good signal and has been good since.

The Customer Service person Nomzano, was excellent, steering me through a difficulties when trying to renew the Voip contract element (at the same time as renewing the Broadband Contract.) Patient, kind and courteous throughout, chatting with the back office during our discussions.
