A fan that definitely lives up to expectation
My Vortex Air Pro fan is great. Provides a comfortable breeze when it is hot and warms very efficiently when it is cooler. Good product that was worth the initial wait for despatch due to high demand.

Although It was no fault of your own
Although It was no fault of your own, but it was the hot weather we were getting back in July I didn't get the fan until the middle of August which in Scotland is nearly winter time. It is now September and it's cold so the heat on the fan is nice. Once we get our summer back at the start of July 2027 to the end of July 2027 if it lasts that long I will let you know how the cold air will be. Thanks

Great service
When I ordered my fan I knew I was going to be away on the delivery date so asked if it could be delayed a week which they did for me, that’s good service. Lovely very quiet cooling fan and now I’m now waiting for the chilly weather to see how it works as a heater. All in all very p,eased with my purchase so far.

Well worth the wait.
Took a little longer to receive the product, which it appears to have been caused by higher than expected order levels. But once it was delivered we have been very happy with the fan. It does everything expected of it and came at a great price.
