I was looking for a bladeless fan during the summer UK heat wave and everything was sold out - or ridiculously priced. I found Vortex Air after an online search and waited until they were back in stock and I now have both the Cleanse and the smaller ProPlus fan. They work well with cooling and are quiet enough for me to use at night. I have tried the heating function which works well, and it will definitely come in handy in the winter months. They are very sleek-looking and easy to move around, and I have one in my bedroom and one in the kids’ room. The delivery was initially a little messy with the delivery company not coming on the day that they promised. But it was delivered a couple of days later.
I found the customer service actually very helpful, initially I could not get through on the phone number on their website, but I found the phone number for the company on Facebook and they picked up pretty much straight away on the two different occasions I needed to call them, and the advisors were very helpful.
Overall I had a good experience, I am happy with a fan that I can use in both summer and winter, and the price is very reasonable compared to some more expensive brands. It does the job of cooling and heating and it looks good. I hope that the fans last the test of time.

I thought it wise to buy some cooling devices for future summers which look to be increasingly warm. The fact that they also serve to heat is an insurance against a central heating breakdown!

This is our second purchase of Vortex hot/cold fan these are truly excellent and very economical.

Bought 2 as were on special offer!! One for use in my lounge and one for my daughter to use in her home office. She was very pleased with hers as it is quiet and doesn't need to be switched off when she is on a call. 😇

Vortex fan. The item itself seems okay, nowhere near the suggested performence on ads and on bumpy. Pzrts missing and a couple of small dents in unit. Does not useage. Delivery 3 days. Asked an easy question twice, by email. No response. Rang and after 40 mins gave up the ghost. Be careful if ordering, dont expect any help once payment maid. Would I use again. Very doubtful.

I bought the pro plus blade less fan during the heatwave. The remote control never worked. I’ve contacted the company 3 times allowing plenty of time for them to reply as I knew they would be particularly busy during the heatwave but heard nothing. Very poor customer service. Will not buy from here again.

Product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Took a little longer to arrive than promised but not by much. Works well so far, but I have only used it once.

The unit arrived very promptly and was extremely well packed. The instruction manual was small print for my ageing eyes. I looked on your web-site for a manual I could download, then contacted you via your email.
I was pleasantly surprised by a quick reply and a pda download of your manual. All sorted. I have not used the unit to it's full use , but I am confident that it will come up to my expectations

Bought this for my elderly parents and they are delighted with it. It cools the room down super quickly and, now the nights are drawing in, they are really impressed by how quickly it heats a room as well.

Having tried several times to get some questions answered (and not really getting them) I decided to take the plunge and buy 2 of the cooling & heating fans. Overall they look great and the remote control is a useful thing to have. There are only a couple of things I would pass comment on at the moment as I haven't used them properly yet!! They are quiet but not as quiet as I thought they may be and not sure what they will be like once they've been on a while, particularly when in heat mode. The only other thing is that the cord could have been a bit longer as this can restrict where it can be placed.
