Since delivery I’ve not needed to use my purchase, I’ve tested it for a few minutes and it seems to work fine, I just hope I get the benefit from it when needed , hot or cold

From ordering to delivery is quick and correspondence on delivery is clear. Well packaged and intact. I’ve set it up but not yet used it. But am sure it’ll do what it’s says on the tin 😊

Great product and great service.

I have bought 2 Pro Plus fan/heaters this year due to the heatwave we had, now the nights are drawing in I have needed to use the heat setting, all I can say is WOW I am really impressed with how quick it takes the chill out of the room.
I would highly recommend this product.

Very disappointed with this fan. The airflow isn’t strong enough and it’s quite noisy doesn’t cool at all. I’m also surprised by the number of positive reviews based on my experience on Facebook.

One thing customers should be aware of is the returns process. Their website says you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return, but you must email them first to request the return - items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact, and you need proof of purchase.

What I find particularly disappointing is that their published returns policy shown on the website does not mention that customers have to pay the return postage. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that for a discretionary return, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

I think this is important information to know before buying.

Thank you for giving us high quality product at amazing price, we studied the Market and as you're aware we purchased 5 Vortex pro,s which cost us less than £600 if we had gone to Dyson it would have cost us £2000 so with no difference in performance. Great value.

Great product which actually work not just look good

Very nice air cooler, not tried the heat setting yet. I would say just as good as the dyson one, but a little noiser
