RUN!!! DO NOT BUYER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't accept returns, even though website says they will, and when they want to let you return they say the below trying to discourage you to return it. Also their partial payment they offered was $10.00 on an over $200.00 dress. There are other companies out there that are trustworthy and stand behind their services. Product on website is not what they shipped. Didn't even offer to make anything right.
"We are sorry that you don't like our dress.
Before returning the dress, we would like to give you a partial refund. You can keep the dress, is that ok?
If you need to send the dress back, you should send it back to our factory abroad.
As you know, according to our return policy, we don't have a return label, so the return shipping fee is very expensive and the shipping time is about 1 month.
It may also be seized by customs. So I suggest you accept our partial refund and keep the dress. Thank you."

I order 2 dresses in a size 12. They emailed me and tried to get my measurements to turn this into a custom order. I told them I intended to return one of them or both so to just keep it as a size 12. They kept pushing so I told them to cancel the order and now they are saying they won't refunded me fully. I never received anything and they still haven't refunded me which was a month ago. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. This is not from the USA. SCAM
