I saw these on Facebook so went on their site and noticed all the stuff they are selling are coming from shein and Temu
I saw earring I got for £2 on shein on this website for £25
Buying stock from shein, Temu and Ali baba and selling it for 20 times the price
How greedy?

Fuming is an understatement. Order dress . Asked for address to return 4 times dress is a lot long than in picture. Was asked to get a tailor to get it shortened Customers service is awful will not ever order from you again and I will definitely not recommend you. Wished I'd of looked at reviews before ordering.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Dresses undersized, cheap, itchy material. No give whatsoever. They DO NOT issue anymore than 15% refund as they do not accept returns even though website states they do. They provide name & address and say must return by DHL which cost £60.00 however DHL unable to deliver as name & address is fake & does not exist. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. You have been warned!

It's a pity you cannot rate zero as this so called company should not be allowed to trade.
My experience i ordered a dress and cancelled on the same day,I was assured that I would get a refund £135.99 still waiting,so I have raised a dispute with my credit card company.
Do Not Use to save yourself disappointment,I wish I had read the reviews first.

What a cowboy company this is the goods are cheap shoddy and nasty when I asked for returns labels they want to brush me off with a sob story and would I take a partial refund . This company is disgusting they shouldn’t be allowed to trade

Ordered mother of the bride dresses they were nothing like advertised, payed € 250 for them , never got any response from them this was 3 months ago.
Just wish I had read the reviews before I had ordered from this scam company.

I can't warn people enough, DO NOT order anything from this company. Impossible to send back and they don't give money that they "agree" to anyway

Please do not buy anything from this company, they are thieves and scoundrels. I paid £125 for a dress that was specifically tailored to fit me- at a premium price- which was hideous. The dress looked nothing like the pictures online and it did not fit at all, it was ginormous! They refused to refund me and tried to barter with me- they wanted me to keep the dress and they would refund me 5%. This went on and on over weeks and eventually they agreed to refund me 8%. Which they never did. Be warned. (This was in November 2021, unfortunately I could not select this date on the date of experience.)

I wish I'd read the reviews! The dress took ages to arrive , so long I bought another dress.
The colour was poor. After lots of pestering them for how to return - I've just paid £28 to post it back to China!
I had no idea I was ordering from outside the UK. The dress was £85 I hope to get a refund on principle.

Only reason I gave 1 star was to move forward to review they're con merchants bought wedding outfit £137 didn't look anything like I saw no refund either shut them down

I wish i had read these before i bought from them.
The dress had so many faults, they wouldnt refund me as they would have to send it back to china,but would offer £10. ive heard nothing since ,
Its all a scam, i have reported them to Trading standards also, but still seem to be scaming peeople.

I measured myself and added an extra inch but outfit has arrived and there is no way the top is anywhere near the right size!

Well I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I made the purchase. This item was down as a designer outfit, it looked absolutely tacky when I received it crumpled in a bag. Stay away from this website. I have given one star but really it’s zero in my mind. I had the pleasure of paying £154. For the crap.I had to wear white or I had dresses I could have worn. This was for a wedding I am gutted. Stay away from this scammer. Once they get your order the will not respond to you. They send you cheap materials. It’s a shame they are still operating in the UK

Πραγματικα οτι χειρότερο μπορεί να υπάρχει !!!! Μην πάρετε ποτε τιποτα απο αυτούς τους απατεώνες ! Παρηγγειλα ενα φόρεμα γάμου κ ήρθε αφού έγινε ο γαμος! Περίμενα 2 μηνες να μου το στείλουν ενω πληρωσα περισσότερο για να το έχω σε 10 μέρες όπως έλεγε στο site! Εψαχνα για φόρεμα τελευταίες μέρες εξ αιτίας αυτούς τους σιχαμενουνους ανθρώπους κ αυτής της αηδιαστικης γυναίκας lily που γράφει τα mail κ μου έλεγε οτι θα το έχω απο μέρα σε μέρα. Το έστειλα πίσω κ μου ειπαν θα γίνει επιστροφη χρημάτων, πέρασαν 9 μηνες κ έχουν σταματήσει να απαντανε στα email ουτε κ τα λεφτά μου έχουν στείλει πίσω!

Disgusting! Customer service non-existent! Should have gone to Trust pilot 1st. Ordered wedding dress from them 06/01, they took the money and not received dress to date. They and Vedress should be banned from trading🤬🤬🤬🤬

This company should not be allowed to trad they sent a suit which had rust stains down the front I asked for refund they told me to have item dry cleaned
I returned item and after 6 months I still do not have refund

This company are conning the British Publuc they also have a website for Vedress which sells the same items… Excellent images… shame about the poor quality and blatant fraudsters !! Do not go anywhere near these peopl!!! They never refund .. they do not admit fault .. call the Citizens Advice// Trades Description Act anyone you can think of to get this company off the internet!!!!!!

Dress arrived didn't fit. My wife is size 16. Her measurements matched their sizes. First reply. tell us your wifes Bust, Hips & Waist measurements and photos to show where it doesn't fit. Second reply take out the bust cups, said they allow extra material so take it to a tailor and they will give compensation. No obvious sign of extra material in seams. Told them no we wanted an 18. They said keep the smaller size and we will give you an 18 half price - therefore meaning we pay price and a half to get right size ! Also said they make to order, so why does it say X amount in stock when you order ?

Update, I am still waiting for my refund 12 months after receiving the substandard product, they now don't even respond to my emails, had buy another dress for my wedding, the worst of it is they actually got their appalling product back no doubt they will sell it on to someone else that thinks they are buying a nice dress.
Why has no one shut these con artists down.

Well where do i start Please Please Do Not Buy from these people you are paying alot of money for trash garment the materisl is cheap and the stitching is appauling my garment arrived all screwed up in a plastic small parcel bag it was so creased i emailed lily&gown who runs this disgusting so called buisness she said they sqeeze your garment for cheaper shipment i am waiting for a refund as the jacket that came with the dress is unwearable they offered me 15% of £130 Please Please do not buy from this company they should be closed down they have offered £30 which i accepted but still not received
