I purchase a Wahl "Lifeproof" shaver…
I purchased a Wahl "Lifeproof" shaver back in March 2020, just over 3 years old.
Unfortunately it just died however It had a 5 year guarantee.
I spoke to Rebecca over email in customer services and she advised on things to do and confirmed that the shaver was faulty so sent out a brand new replacement along with details on recycling the faulty one. Very quickly!
Absolutely top quality service from a well known brand!
Totally happy, I think I must have been unlucky with the shaver as they are literally bulletproof.
This is how big companies should treat their customers, very knowledgable, very empathetic and I am very satisfied!

My Wahl shaver stopped charging spoke to a very friendly agent who sent a prepaid sticker for the post office to return for examination. Posted it off and received a replacement within 3 days. Excellent service and excellent shaver.
Trust Not By Written & Wording
I bought last September Extreme Grip 7 in 1 Multigroomer SKU 9893-417.
On the box, written in bold letters, "5 YRS warranty"
In order to attract consumers.
So I bought with trust, and in less than one year, the trimmer blade broke without any accident.
I contacted the customer service officer regarding the above mentioned.
The response was unspeakable so harsh, even though I spoke very positively and politely, said to me "the parts are not included, send pictures to me"
I send her with email, response was "you have to new blade plus postage" I respond to her it is less than one year, if after one year then logically right, please do consider to send me blade with half price, response was only 20%, then I compromise, ok send me then, response from her, " you must pay postage cost"
So I like to advise you, trust not any company and judge not by written on box with big bold letter 5YRS WARRANTY."

Won’t charge up anymore after 3 months…
Won’t charge up anymore after 3 months use. I can leave it charged up all day and would be lucky to get 5 mins. Also I’ve only been using this once a week. Had to get rid of my Braun clipper after a good 4 years, I could also use my old one plugged in. Not with this Wehl replacement. Very disappointed.

Amazing products and fabulous customer service. I bought a hair clipper in 2021 and recently I found the blades are a bit loose, so I emailed customer service just to enquire about the warranty. "Rebecca" replied and emailed me a return label to send it back to them and they will assess what needs to be done either to repair or replace it.
In 3-4 days, I found a parcel with my hair clipper like NEW with oil and brush and all free of charger.
This is what I call an amazing after-sale support, everything went very smoothly. From now on, I am a WAHL customer.

My Wahl Aqua Blade 20-in-1 Beard and Stubble Multigroomer stopped working, so contacted customer support who were very helpful. Rebecca from the customer support team imediatelly collected all the information about the faulty product and processed a replacement of the product in no time. Will definitely buy Wahl products henceforth.

A customer helpline that actually helps
Hi had a problem with a product that I received as a gift at Christmas but didn't open until mid March. Contacted the company and there was no problem re either the tine lag or the fact I had no receipt as it was s gift. After my initial contact, life took over and wait for it.... THEY contacted ME to ask if I still wanted to continue with the process. Over the years I have dealt lots of "helplines" who seem to have an aim of getting rid of me by making everything as difficult as possible but here the approach was to actually help. Can't praise them enough!

Sorry but clipers are awfull!
Bought WAHL hair clipers from shop and they Reduced to clear and now I understand why! Ive been bald for 20 years and using electric shavers for head and beard. This has to be worst purchase I've ever made! the supposed safety guard is awfull. if metal trimmer blade touches your skin its instant cuts everywhere! Ive tried to use a few times and always end up with nicks and cuts, now ive got a gash over 1cm wide! Definitely not safe to use, not a good product, straight in the bin. Sorry but i will never buy this brand again.

Having been impressed by the Wahl hair clippers I bought during the lockdowns, I thought I would try one of their electric shavers. That was also impressive but I had a doubt about it being waterproof and showerproof. Sent an enquiry and it was answered quickly and comprehensively by Rebecca. Yes to both waterproof and showerproof. When so many big companies let themselves down with poor customer support, this was excellent.

I have purchased 2 wahl hair clippers in the past couple of years one stopped working after using it once, the other is faulty straight out of the box. I dismantled the first one and the switch is really cheap and the wires are not even soldered to it they just slot in the hole either end of the switch. Not fit for purpose should not even be manufactured in the first place.
Honoured Guarantee no quibble
Called in on Thursday in the i off chance that I can get my Aqua clippers repaired - bought in May 2022. Was politely told to follow instructions on email sent which was immediately sent after call and was then told I would receive a completely new one in the post - that arrived Saturday / Rebecca was so helpful and What a great service . I’m in sales myself so I know what is required to retain customers - great products, great after sales service !

The haircut is by far the world's greatest disaster if you can charge it which is a mission in it self . Nesal thing went it the bin pure poo and the trimmer lost a tooth so it cut you .I thought these was the best,speak to a barber they know better

Great Service
My original order was despatched on time but Royal Mail did not deliver the package (to date I have still not received it) I emailed Rebecca in customer services and replacement items were despatched immediately and I received it the next day.
