I recently had a problem with one of the items. I called customer service. A polite customer service representative greeted me. The customer service representative handled my inquiry from start to finish in a professional manner, keeping me informed throughout until my item was returned to me.
I would always choose a Wahl product over any other brand. You get complete professional support and peace of mind. Brilliant customer service.

After product purchase this puts you in a postion to spend more money. I needed a part replacement. Although they offer other parts to be purchased one part they don’t offer replacement is a plastic external cover. Other parts offer replacements that customers are able to replace themselves at home require potential risk of further damage or even contact with electronic wiring. Sadly they don’t offer a part replacement for a case. Potentially the easiest the replace and the most breakable. They do however offers a ‘service charge where it would be replaced. This service is updated a of 70£ wich is taken advantage. And should be re considered. I can not continue to use my clippers. Nor am I able to service them for the sake of a let that requires seconds of customer care. So, now I will sadly be considering changing my brand loyalty to another worthy brand.
I bought a new pro clipper directly from them and they sent me a used one with still some hair in it.
Customer service didn't take any responsibility and they just gave me cheap excuses.
Don't buy from this brand.
Unfortunately I cannot put pictures on here, however, it was clearly hair on the blade of the clipper I bought and some gel around.

Absolutely thrilled with the customer service from Whal UK and Debbie in particular. 5 stars. Wahl products are great quality and Debbie sorted out the ‘issue’ I had.
Bought a globe for my son’s 10th birthday as he said he wanted something he could keep for a long time. Very quick delivery (bought Monday night, delivered Wednesday lunchtime) and our whole family was impressed with the product. My son loved it and spent hours looking at all the places he wants to go, the raised cartography and even currents. Fantastic quality and detail - I can see it lasting for decades. Highly recommend for anyone trying to get something meaningful.
5 Year Warranty..... NOT!
Recently my Wahl beard trimmer broke, a small plastic arm on a blade. I looked for spares on their website but I could only buy a whole blade. This seemed excessive for a part that probably cost pennies. Then I spotted my trimmer has a 5 year warranty and lifetime blade warranty.
Their support said unfortunately it was not covered.
"The Product Guarantee, which covers the battery, motor etc, but not wearable parts such as the blade (this is the standard guarantee for trimmers).
The Blade Guarantee is unique to the Aqua Blade, and covers the blade for bluntness, not breakage."
I had already explained it broke whilst in normal use.
For something thing that cost nothing they could give away or even sell.
After multiple Wahl products I will buy another brand now!
I contacted Wahl customer services with a technical issue. Their response was swift, proactive, and solved my issue with the minimum of fuss and effort on my part. Top marks to Rachel - she made the whole process seamless and easy. Customer for life now!
I’ve been blown away by the efficiency and the quality service I’ve received from start to finish. It’s been a pleasure. I not exaggerating but this has to be probably the
best service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and I’m 46 years of age. My clippers were not that old ( 1 month ) and the battery died for some reason I must point out I didn’t buy directly from Walh which may have been a mistake which I will rectify from now on but the warranty was activated immediately and I had a replacement sent out after I sent the original for inspection and I have to admit it blew me away how fast it arrived, they got to the bottom of it straight away it was just pure class very classy company. I had given up expecting good customer service or even acceptableCustomer Service after all the issues I’ve had over the years but I’ll tell you what even Victor Mildred would be impressed by what I experienced, and I’m a fussy customer but my goodness me the service was world class. Debbie on customer services was very kind and explained everything. Sent me follow-up emails and when I enquired to what was the fault was Even after replacement arrived I got an explanation..
Excellent customer service from Rachel and her manager. It was above and beyond what I expected. The head kept falling off my lady shave after I’d had it for several months. I could not see why so contacted customer service and was asked to take some pictures of it. I had a response with in 2 days by email to say that it was damaged and a query if I had dropped it. I had no recollection of doing so. I was surprised to find that regardless and as a gesture of good will a new shaver was sent out to me within a few days. This was very generous of Wahl to be so kind and I am grateful. I’ve bought from Wahl on several occasions and this was the first issue I’ve ever had. I highly recommend their products. Thank you
Prompt, friendly and helpful response to a parts replacement query. When it was discovered that the replacement didn't fit - they immediately posted a totally new unit - at no extra cost.
I had a very small beard trimmer, bought for travels. Perfect! Its switch started to play up less than 2 years after purchase but I didn't get round to doing anything. It played up again on a recent trip. Amazon wouldn't recognise its 3 year guarantee so I had to contact Wahl.
No problem, great customer service, replaced without having to return the old one.
I'm a long term Wahl user and wil remain so. V pleased.

When my shaver side trimmer stopped working a few days before going on holiday I thought I might need to buy a replacement rather than wait for a repair.
But no, Wahl replaced my shaver and delivered the new one within 24 hrs.

I purchased a Lister clipper bag for the wife's horse clippers from Whal. Received it within 3 days by royal mail. Super delivery.
On receipt, only a minor fault. One of the shoulder strap buckles was not closing, no major deal, but I phoned customer services to let them know, and a very helpful Lady (Tracy), organised a full replacement.
That was received within 3 days.
Cannot fault a large company like Whal, to give such good customer service.
I have bought good quality products from them before, and will continue to do so.
I do not usually leave reviews, but to be fair I have to this time.
Deserve 5 stars.
