There was clear communication regarding arrival time, and a confirmation phone call about 30 minutes prior to arrival.
When he came he asked a few questions about our property, and explained clearly what he would be doing.
He was open and friendly, and very respectful as he looked around our house and garden.

Very detailed report including many things I hadn't even considered. They even did the survey a week sooner after I mentioned I had a short timeframe. The survey results were well laid out and easy to understand for me who'd come off of nightshift and was a bit out of it. Also incredibly reasonably priced, honestly can't think of a flaw.
