The level 3 survey was the most comprehensive report I have even had....saved me from a dilapidated property...Simon is the most meticulous surveyor I will not use anyone else in future.. also a shout out to admin staff who are friendy and very efficient....

The survey was detailed and highlighted the important information which made it easy to read.

It was disappointing that the inside of the garage was not inspected because no key was provided by estate agent to gain entry.

Walker Dunn walked me through their process and gave me a quote, they were polite and communicative, upon completion of the survey they informed me and told me to expect the report within three business days but they got it to me sooner than that. The report was in depth and informative offering advice where it could. All in all, polite, quick, and not eye wateringly expensive. I am happy with what I got.

We contacted Walker Dunn for a quote for a survey ahead of having an offer accepted. Very quick response with quote and then when ready for the survey this was arranged within a very reasonable time scale. We received the report very quickly after this. Hard to know how accurate the survey is as only time will tell, but the report is very detailed and it certainly picked up things which we had not noticed. Very pleased based on our experience thus far.
