My order was delayed & I was concerned it had gotten lost when I couldn’t track it. Sheila was extremely helpful & lovely to deal with. She tracked it for me, apologised for the delay & reassured me that it would be with me shortly. I was worried I would miss the window for a refund if it was needed so she left a note on my order so that I can still avail of the refund if needed. Really happy with the level of service I received!
Amazing customer service
I ordered three tops. Thought I'd keep all three and then decided a few weeks later that I'd like to return one of the tops. However I couldn't find the email with the order number so wasn't sure I'd be able to return it. I emailed to ask if there was any way around this and was met with amazing customer service by Rovie and Paula J who sorted this out for me so quickly in order for me to return the top within the deadline for returns. The two tops I kept are lovely and great quality. I'll definitely be shopping with Wallis again!

Any time I have needed help with queries, labels etc the company have replied as soon as they have been able. Clothing sop far has been great , goodchoice, fab prices would recommend .

I ordered a couple of dresses from Wallis recently but Royal Mail messed up and sent them back to Wallis rather than to me! I contacted Wallis customer services who resolved the issue and resent the dresses ( free of charge) within a couple of days. Genelyn, Bernadette, Rovie and John all dealt with my problem and resolved things very efficiently. I’m very pleased with my dress too.
Having worked for the NHS for many years I know how nice it feels to be appreciated so thank you Wallis team - you’re appreciated!
Excellent customer service
Ordered a jumpsuit for a wedding and paid for next day delivery. Delivery didn't arrive on time (I have since learned that this was an issue at Royal Mails end) . I emailed Customer Sevices and within 12 hours received an email back apologising and letting me know that my delivery fee had been refunded in full.
Jumpsuit arrived the next day and was beautiful and great quality. Cannot fault the level of service received.

I purchased a dress for work in 2 sizes and returned one very nice dress I followed the return procedure but didn't receive my refund as expected so I contacted customer services through email next day I received a reply from Julie who was very helpful and refunded my dress. Wallis do some lovely dresses and I have a few in my wardrobe. However I recently had a problem with the stitching on one. This was bought a couple of months ago for a wedding in a week or so’s time. It was only when I was working bout what to wear with it, did I notice the fault. Thought there was no way I could do anything about it, but decided to email customer services and at least explain I’d only just noticed the fault. So the reason for this long review is to say everyone has been so helpful. Difficult to name everyone as I had different people replying each time (Rosary, Joseph, Christina & Ethel) - they were all great and my problem was resolved to my great satisfaction. Thank you Wallis customer services
