The experience was super easy and smooth, from filling in the information and getting a quote to doing the move itself. The extra insurance cost was very reasonable. The movers were attentive and hard working. Tom Smith made the whole experience go seemlessly. 100% will hire them again next time.

We used the 2 men + Luton van service to transport some furniture from Fulham to Wandsworth. The 2-man crew were punctual and polite and did this small job in a timely fashion. They also quickly disassembled and reassembled furniture items. Would definitely recommend - much easier and quicker than doing it ourselves!

Fabian and his colleague were excellent at re-delivering my boxes and items back to my house. They were careful, efficient and polite whilst taking care of our newly renovated house. Emails to book the service were replied to promptly and efficiently. My boxes had been in storage for a year and they came back in good order. Would definitely use AWT again.

Great experience. We had one day of packing and then the move. The team were clear, communicative and helpful. Dealt with inner city snags (parking etc) with ease and calm. All ran to time and without hiccup. Highly recommended!

The whole team was brilliant. From the initial quote the the day of moving, everyone involved was very friendly and sorted everything out. On the moving day the six man team showed up, introduced themselves and then got straight to work. The were so quick, professional and careful with all of our things. Unpacking the lorry was just as fast and they rebuilt all our furniture and made sure not to damage the walls or the floors. I can't praise them enough the whole team was excellent. Despite the horrible hot weather they never stopped or slowed down, complete professionals.

Having had a bad experience with a previous move (with a different company) I was particularly grateful to the guys at Anthony Ward Thomas for making the experience so smooth. The guys they sent were all extremely polite and professional, and the packing and move went without hitch. What really stood out though was the thought they gave to the practicalities of unpacking everything once they had gone. Boxes were really helpfully labelled; significant effort was put into ensuring everything was where I would need it when it came to unpacking (even down to box placement); and nothing was too much effort, even when initial plans for where things would go needed to change. Even when everything was in and reassembled, they double checked that there was nothing else I needed form them before they left. And all of this they did during an intense heatwave, but still efficiently and carefully, despite the stifling heat. I am so grateful to all of them for taking so much of the stress out of the move, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I spoke with Terance Puna, who was wonderful. It was a one call solution to my moving issue. The subsequent times I called I spoke with some of his colleagues who were all equally as knowledgeable and helpful. They showed up on time and performed as expected.

AWT moved us on the hottest day of the year but were unruffled, quick, efficient and courteous. We thought it would be a demanding day but AWT made the whole experience simple and easy. From the moment Charlie Parry came to quote our move we knew we were in good hands. They had been recommended by a mate who had used them recently.

On the day they came to pack with Neil as team leader they guys worked fast and fastidiously - all in good spirits and taking every request in their stride.

On the move day the weather was pretty vile and the rain only seemed to stop when we were all waiting for 2 or 3 hours for the money to transfer. As they started to unload at the new house the heavens opened but they carried on in good spirits to unpack - the house was much smaller and they worked hard to get it all in.

Shoutout to the guys who when all others had given up on getting our sofa into the living room - argued that he would find a way - he took it back to the van and calmly took the arm off - got the sofa in the room and put the arm back on. To say I was relieved was a massive understatement.

The box pick up was also great - when I got to the point I could not move for empty boxes and wrapping papers & bubble wrap they came and collected it.
